Bad service from current staff. Very rude employee. My wife went order coffee and croissants and the employee at the counter was rude to her. Don’t know his name but he was at the cashier. Not happy at all with his attitude.

Hi, I'd like one "lightly toasted" Onion bagel, plain, with some tomatoes.Get Bagel... not toasted...Spoke to the dude behind the counter who presented me with the un-toasted "lightly toasted" bagel...The conversation went from me attempting to be friendly to him being a total d*ck to me. There's no need to be argumentative or attempting to talk over me... over a mistake simply correctable. Was presented with an Overtly "Toasted" Bagel (see photo)... It was made clear that they didn't want to provide what I asked for... and the other staff just watched Trust me, I was being nice...I know this is in Beverly Hills... it would be nice if they offered "One Vegan Option" for either a butter-alternative spread or even one. In-dairy cream cheese... but please teach your staff that "Jelly" does not count!My first time in... my experience today...

Just purchased Americano coffee and wanna say that there is no taste at all , you will never fee the taste of coffee it’s just black hot water so and it’s expensive comparing to other stores, please work better on your coffee coz it tells a lot. Thx

I order a breakfast sandwich. No mayo, no tomatoes... dry, dry for 7.49 just bread, egg, and ham, sad sandwich.
I've been working nearby for about a month now, and I've had a few items here. Their sandwiches are pretty good. The club sandwich is huge!! Perfect for sharing. Today I ordered the bacon cheeseburger. It was tasty. If you're nearby, this is a pretty good place for a quick bite to eat. I took off 1 start because it's very over priced. My burger and fries came out to $15 (tax included). Another tip: do NOT get the buffalo chicken salad. It's a $15 salad, and there was very little chicken. Plus, the blue cheese came in giant blocks rather than crumbles throughout the salad, and finally, the buffalo sauce has a very peppery kick to it. Was not expecting that. Made me cough after the first bite (and I really love spice). The staff is very friendly and I have yet to encounter a huge wait.
