Absolutely the worst breakfast experience in years. I was do looking forward to having breakfast here from my post expense’s and It was CRAP. The service was CRAP and the food was Crap. It took them an hour to get my food after asking for it repeatedly, and it was garbage - I left without eating hardly anything. Boy did this place go downhill - never again!!!

After being a satisfied local customer for 3 years, I had the worst ever experience today at 10/11/2025 at 1pm, table # 30.
I ordered breakfast and a latte. After 30 minutes of waiting, no breakfast was served, despite customers who had arrived much later than I did already having received their food. After that 30 minutes, there were fewer customers.
I requested a refund. They called a manager. No apology. No explanation why food was not served. No nothing! Unacceptable, horrible service.

Be aware: no tips refunded for service they did not provided.

Old review from 3 years ago: usually buy cakes and coffee or tea here. The food is good. A bit loud inside. Always long wait in line.

We were in town for a memorial service and went here for lunch. The menu is varied, lots of healthy options and delicious. There were seven of us and we all enjoyed our meal. In fact, we liked it so well we came back for lunch the next day!

I’d like to thank Manager Kimberley for telling me my order would be ready in 5 minutes and then making me wait for half an hour, which resulted in my car getting a ticket.

Went here for brunch with my partner. Was kinda impromptu as we were very undecided on what we wanted. Came across this and I will say this was good. I had the French toast with a hazelnut added to my cappuccino. She had the salmon scramble which was very good as well. The setting was nice, service was a bit behind. Her food came out and mine was about 10mins behind.

Everything was delicious. The pistachio tiramisu is a must try. Pleasant atmosphere and professional service.

My long-planned trip.to Beverly Hills was made even more memorable by my visits to this amazing place! Fabulous coffee, food and ambience! Can't wait to return to SoCal from Northern California for another trip to Urth Caffe!

Food was first class and very fresh ! Staff were very welcoming and breakfast was excellent too! Cakes were out of this world and the prices were very good value . Coffee was a real fix for the day ! Only 5 minute walk from the Avalon Hotel . Go , you won’t be disappointed!

Menu isn’t labeled for vegans and most everything is for omnivores or vegetarians. Not a Ⓥ paradise but they do have good rooibos.
