Menu isn’t labeled for vegans and most everything is for omnivores or vegetarians. Not a Ⓥ paradise but they do have good rooibos.

They can do a better service and make room warmer

Ordered a simple plate and a coffee. Got my coffee, and waited 20 or so minutes, then noticed that people that were 7-8 parties behind me were getting their much bigger orders. My coffee was finished and still no food. I went to very kindly to inquire about my food it was treated like I was the problem. They said they'd get right on it. I waited another 5 minutes, and went up and kindly asked for a refund because I was on paid parking about three blocks away and couldn't wait any longer. After waiting a little bit more, a manager finally came out and was running some figures on the register and gave me the receipt and said it was no problem and gave me the refund receipt. Got a thank you, but no apology!
After leaving I looked at my receipt and they still charged me for coffee, which was I suppose okay since I drank it, but it should have been a courtesy drink - it was just an Americano - and they did not refund my 25% tip!!! I consider that to be extremely inappropriate. I've been to Urth a handful of times and really loved it, but this experience has really soured me to this location.

Leddy the manager of urth cafe is very rude ! adore Urth Caffé; it’s become a second home for me and my wife. The atmosphere is vibrant, the food is exceptional, and the owner—a remarkable Persian gentleman—has truly created something special. This place is undoubtedly number one in our hearts.

However, I must express my concern regarding the staff. It’s crucial that the team embodies the same warmth and hospitality that the establishment represents. I believe the owner should be more selective in hiring to ensure that employees possess not only a good command of English but also the ability to communicate politely with customers.

Unfortunately, during a recent visit to the Beverly Hills location, we encountered a night manager named Leddy , whose behavior was nothing short of appalling. She was incredibly rude, yelling at my wife and unjustly accusing her of being rude herself. This experience tarnished our love for this otherwise wonderful café.

I urge the owner to consider a more attentive approach to staffing, as attracting a better clientele depends on creating a welcoming atmosphere. Please, let’s uphold the reputation of Urth Caffé and ensure that every patron feels valued and respected.

Pizza was amazing. French toast sucks. Good yogurt parfait. Lot of line. You order and sit on a table. Restroom is small and bad. Parking is tough to find.
