Don’t trust the online inventory, call to confirm. Had ordered a wine that was said to be in stock online, and had ordered expedited shipping. More than four days go by, not a peep nor did shipping get updated. So I reached out to confirm shipment. Turns out they didn’t have the bottle but hadn’t even looked into my order. Had I not reached out, who knows how many days would have gone by without someone reaching out. Unacceptable customer service.
The two stars are for the people who did eventually track down my order and refund it. They were kind and apologetic. But damage done. Not sure I’d recommend ordering online from Wally’s unless you are going to follow up to confirm wine availability.

Utterly delightful. I visited Beverly Hills for 4 days and just wish I had a Wally's at home in Switzerland.
The team were nothing short of excellent from the moment we arrived.
The wine list is amazing and incredible value with some hidden gems.
Illya Haase is a true gentleman who very kindly organised for my wine to be opened and decanted before our arrival at my designated time.
The food was excellent and the whole experience was wonderful.
I will be returning and Wally's will be my first booking.
If you love wine, charcuterie and cheese I am not sure you can find a better venue.

Horrible place, waiter lied about the wine and got us a more expensive bottle than the one we ordered. Food was less than average. Don't waste your money!

Food is good (I am French and this is supposed to be a french wine bar concept with deli and bistro). We had lunch which was good for the appetizer and main dish. However the experience went really bad when the cheese plate was served…the cheese proposed was dry and tasteless. I asked the waiter about the origin / name of the cheese. He was unable to answer! I mentioned about the poor quality of the cheese after tasting it (i was with my son and we had the same diagnosis..). After raising disappointment on this plate, the waiter took it lightly with some non-funny jokes and was not inclined to find a solution. Obviously he didn’t care about customer feedback and experience. Probably someone who should change job and stop facing clients with basic expectations! Too bad, after a good start the overall experience was ruined by such behaviour.

Full priced but also full service wine store. Grab a seat, order a plate of cold cuts, and get your snout into some fine wines or even a cheapie quaffer for $35 from Italy. Go ahead- I won’t judge

I didn’t rate the food, because I usually visit this place for their selections of bordeoux, I need to dine in soon. As a beehive member they do serve Sir Davis here and uncles nearest!! Granted I have it at my place, but I will return to enjoy some Davis in my bones.
The team was amazing, welcoming. Stephanie assisted with my wine purchases and wrapped them absolutely beautiful! My heart was smiling when I saw that Davis on the shelf , whoever is reading this review knows exactly where I’m coming from!
Horrible food, rude staff, not worth any of the markup. Save yourself and go literally anywhere besides Wally’s in BH. Plenty of other restaurants that can serve quality food and treat their customers appropriately. Reservations mean nothing to them as we were seated 30-45 min after our time with no apologies or accommodations from management knowing how delayed they were.

Everything was delightful and perfection. The items we ordered were full of flavor. The Wally's Spritz was so refreshing. Or wait staff was so nice, patient, and helpful. It took a while to figure out what we wanted because everything sounded so delicious. If you are looking for great vibes, drinks, and food, look no further.

IMMENSELY BLAND food, ridiculous wait times, inattentive staff. Not worth your time or money. Good drinks though but that's it. Had the fillet mignon as well as the sea bass.. both were so bland that not even just salt could've saved those dishes
