Visiting the area and my friend suggested Xenia's and so glad she did because I loved the dish I got!

A great spot for healthy and delicious Mediterranean food! They're fast but the food is super fresh! Tania makes my orders with care and it always comes out just the way I want. I highly recommend trying them out for delivery or you can also pick up at a ghost kitchen on Sepulveda behind the Sizzler. Food is always consistently amazing when I order and a wonderful choice when you want a healthy, satisfying meal that won't weigh you down! I Reccomend their bowls and Gyro sandwiches ?

Got delivery from here. The food is excellent and flavorful. The chicken was blasting with herbs and spices. Rice was perfectly cooked. Everything about the dish was good. Excellent portion. Would recommend.

Got the falafel plate with smoked eggplant dip. This place does not do justice to Mediterranean food. Wouldn’t order again.

All 5 star reviews are fake here. Worst Mediterranean food ever I tried, chicken was plain simple not marinaded properly. They don't tell you it's a cloud kitchen for 6-7 restaurants all in one kitchen. So one chef might be making all different cuisines. No place to sit, no restrooms, no service what so ever but they didn't forget to put an option to tip them 20% still. Don't go there, save your time and money. Thanks for reading.

The service was amazing and the food unreal! Definitely worth checking out. I can’t wait to order again!
Food was amazing. Ready on time. Super friendly staff. 10/10 would recommend!
Great chicken kabob - mediocre sides otherwise with the look and feel of airport takeout food.
Ghost Kitchen?

Warning this is a ghost kitchen take out only*** no where to sit, sadly didn’t know this.
Order chicken bowl. Chicken was dry and was not fresh. Rice tasted like a day old. Veggies were not fresh. Won’t order from this place again.

This food that is cooked at a Uber/Grubhub kitchen. It tastes like mass produced (like if you were at a convention and they served you sad food but it's cold). The location on the map is not a restaurant but it's a ghost kitchen for various restaurants. It's in a very sketchy area. Falafel was dry, fries were very soggy, and the steak salad was blah.

WARNING: New owners or chef because this used to be delicious but now is terrible. Chicken plate is now just dry tiny chunks of chicken, flavorless pieces of cucumber and storebought cardboard pita bread (it used to be juicy lemony chicken skewers, a light fresh salad and homemade pita bread). Eggplant dip looked and tasted like glue. Never ordering from here again.
Fast, but cold and dry. Average Mediterranean at premium pricing.
