Had a private birthday party for my son's 60th last night at Xian and it was fabulous. The food was delicious, the service staff could not have been more accommodating and professional, and every one of the 14 guests there had a wonderful time, The planning was made very easy, thanks to Vicki and Cece, and the staff adjusted serving the various dishes accordingly. The hands down favorites were garlic green beans, crackerjack shrimp and the lemon chicken (my favorite). Didn't...

I am Chinese, and this xi'an restaurant does not offer authentic Xi'an food. Instead, it offers Huaiyang cuisine and a little Sichuan cuisine. I asked the waiter, why don't you offer Xi'an specialty dishes? The waiter's answer was: It's just that this restaurant is called Xi'an Restaurant. So, if you want to eat Chinese food, you can go there. If you want to eat authentic Xi'an specialty dishes, they are not here.
