I am Chinese, and this xi'an restaurant does not offer authentic Xi'an food. Instead, it offers Huaiyang cuisine and a little Sichuan cuisine. I asked the waiter, why don't you offer Xi'an specialty dishes? The waiter's answer was: It's just that this restaurant is called Xi'an Restaurant. So, if you want to eat Chinese food, you can go there. If you want to eat authentic Xi'an specialty dishes, they are not here.

Tao is the best and I recommend;
Singapore Vermicelli with pork and side of Hoisin sauce, egg drop soup, spring rolls, Peking duck ?, the orange chicken, honestly everything there is amazing.

We went there with a large group and the food was very good. This is American-Chinese food. Not authentic, but good. Drinks are also relatively good and the few we tasted were yummy.
