I am Chinese, and this xi'an restaurant does not offer authentic Xi'an food. Instead, it offers Huaiyang cuisine and a little Sichuan cuisine. I asked the waiter, why don't you offer Xi'an specialty dishes? The waiter's answer was: It's just that this restaurant is called Xi'an Restaurant. So, if you want to eat Chinese food, you can go there. If you want to eat authentic Xi'an specialty dishes, they are not here.

We ordered chicken dumplings and garlic noodles + chicken sweeet and sour. All food tasted very good.\n\nThe room is small, but still good space between the tables.\n\nThe waiters are not serviced and follow little if you need more drinks. We had to ask about everything.

One of my favorite Chinese restaurants in the entire world.
Tao is the best and I recommend;
Singapore Vermicelli with pork and side of Hoisin sauce, egg drop soup, spring rolls, Peking duck ?, the orange chicken, honestly everything there is amazing.
