As you can see on my YELPS I am not one to complain often. This was my 1st and last time eating here. As the owner made my sandwich I was just looking around and this place is filthy. I asked him if he was the owner and he said yes. So I said why is this place so nasty. And pointed out the outside of the microwave and all the stainless covers look like they never been cleaned. The toaster/ Cooker has grease and grim all over it. The walls behind the counter were all your food is prepped are covered it food stains. A look over the counter say the floor has not been sweep in a long time and who knows when it was mopped. But he acted like he could not see it and says it is clean. I started to sit down to eat But the table was supper sticky so I moved to another and then just took my sandwich out to my car to eat. Now the Sandwich Bread was stall. And thinking about what I say in side the store I could not eat it. Went into Reilly and got a sandwich. We're are the health inspectors. Do yourself a favor and don't eat there

I like port of subs, but this particular location was super dirty. They looked like the don’t clean the soda machines (or any other machine) regularly. And the guy who made my sandwich was inept. Not sure how someone can screw up making a sandwich, but this guy did.

The person does not greet you when you enter. Bread was not fresh and was hard on certain spots. Lettuce was discolored, tables were not clean.

My favorite the # 1 I recommend getting double meat cost a little more but worth it and I love mines with chipotle mayo and honey mustard with a little ranch also I recommend the wheat bread, been eating here for years and sometimes my job caters from hear I like it way better than subway. It's right next to raleys in susuin Ca and the guy always shows me good customer service you have to be nice to people sometimes people have a bad day .Kid-friendliness: Safe for kids.Parking: Lots of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy for someone in a wheelchair to access building.

I have been coming here since I were a kid! Every time I had a field trip my mom would take me here and my brother took me all the time as well! The old owners used to give us free cookies we came so much. Growing up I even brought my boyfriend, friends, and finally my kid. The people who own it now have really dropped the ball! The service is always bad! They even put their hand in the pickle jar now glove and didn't understand how that contaminated everything. Since then I stopped going! Sucks because it was my favorite. I alway got the #1. Now my family eats at togos. Plus they got rid of their stamps cards. Hopefully one day they can turn it around because I miss it.

My first time eating their food was AWFUL!!. I ordered online from the Suisun store. I ordered 2 sandwiches for a total of 20.00. For my sandwich, I requested Avacado and paid I think 2.00 extra for it. To my surprise, the first bite I took, tasted Awful... I did not look at the sandwich just took a bite and All I tasted was Rotten avocado. I looked at the sandwich and all I could see was a thick layer of brown slimy rotten avocado. That will be the last time I ever eat there!

I placed an order online and someone else picked it up without verification of order placed. I had to wait again for 4 sandwiches that should've been all ready made

Worst place to get a sandwich by a landslide and service sucks as well. I don't know how they're still in business serving what they serve.

I had the pleasure of visiting your place yesterday (11/20/22) and let me just say, the young lady at the counter was nothing but friendly, efficient, and patient. I came in with a party of four and no one left disappointed. Sandwiches and wraps made to order right in front of us. Super fresh ingredients and the wheat bread was awesome. She was able to meet all of our needs even though she was alone. Give this young lady a raise!!! She deserves every cent.

Ughhhhh. I wanted to love it so much, but I just can't. It's all bread, no meat. All I taste is bread and oregano. Would probably skip going here again.

Ordered a party platter and also 12 cookies and chips. There were not enough cookies on display so the gentleman pulled cookies from a drawer behind the counter. The girl ringing me up told him the cookies looked burned and he responded they were fine and bagged them up with the chips. When I arrived at my destination I realized the cookies were burned and not editable, and the sandwiches had more lettuce than meat. Very disappointed.

Went here last week and Customer service was great, but the sandwich I was sold had the hardest slices of sourdough bread I've ever tried. I took one bite and and couldn't even finish chewing to the point I had to spit it out and just eat the meat by itself. I try to support small businesses but when an experience like this happens it's hard to continue to support.

Hands down the slowest experience I've ever had. I ordered four sandwiches and was told there wasn't enough bread (certain type) after she just put it back in the warmer. Very strange, she even confirmed that was the correct type, just they were to big. Why can't you cut them?
