Good burgers. Not overcooked like the burgers I got from BurgerIM nearby, and order was made properly unlike the 5guys nearby which has managed to not get a simple order (bacon, cheese, patty, plain) wrong every time I've gone there. Haven't checked to see if they will cook medium-rare/rare, but will update post when I do.Service is about what you'd expect from a fairly busy place, though employees have no problem listening to whatever through their airpods/earbuds while taking the order. Don't really care, but it did cause me to have to repeat a part of my order as the cashier had to take them out to ask me again what I said.Atmosphere: It's a burger joint lol. This isn't a high end restaurant, not sure what you expect.

The fried chicken sandwich had some fatty parts, but besides that the food was good, though a little pricey. 2 chicken tenders and a chicken sandwich with fries a soda and two milkshakes was over $50.

The food is excellent, the mayo actually tastes like mayo instead of some chemical concoction, and the burgers are ?.The wait time is a bit long, but to be fair it was in the middle of a rush, so that is fine

This is our favorite place for a burger. The garlic fries are the best...they use real garlic and a little bit of cheese. Service is awesome!

Food was delicious but could have used a tiny bit more salt in my opinion. The food is made to order so it can take a few mins to get your food... i do feel like the dining area could have been in slightly better shape but Ill be back soon. Keep up the good work!

We were second in line, but there was still a long wait for our food. the burgers were overcooked, dry, and charred to death. prices were decent, though. would have been a good deal if the burger wasn't dead. As we were there, it got busy, but based on our experience, I'm not sure why.

Looks like change in ownership or maybe just the name from Beeps to BigE. Waited 35 minuets to receive my burger and fries and it was room temp. All three burgers in our order were room temp. Has potential but service and quality of food needs to improve. Would probably not eat here again.

Crispy chicken sandwich with Jalapeño slaw is so delicious. Kind service. Casual good eats. Curly fries were great too! The kids enjoyed sharing the 1/4 burger with just ketchup

Used to work in the plaza and LOVED this place! The burgers are good but the crispy chicken sandwich with their jalapeno slaw is unbelievable. I've been trying to recreate the dish ever since I started working elsewhere but nothing compares to the original. The crispy chicken salad is also amazing. Keep up the great work guys, and I'm sure I'll be returning soon!

I normally order a 1/4 pound cheeseburger and a chocolate milkshake, both of which I'd recommend. I've had the garlic fries once and never again because they weren't crunchy or seasoned properly. Otherwise, the ambiance is very casual which makes me feel like I'm at an upgraded In-N-Out.Honestly, though the food is delicious, the prices are too expensive in my opinion.
