We were visiting the area for the first time and looking for a good breakfast place. The posts for this place looked good so we went. We drove right by it twice before realizing it was a food truck with outdoor seating. We thought we were going to an indoor space so were surprised to have only outdoor seating options. However, the food was delicious and the servings were large. And sitting in the morning sun with a beautiful view of the mountains was delightful! We ended up going back the next day for breakfast too!

Stopped by one morning to get coffee, and some sort of a breakfast treat. The coffee was fine and the food was pretty good, but what was upsetting to us this way that staff treated us. The woman taking our order, who may or may not have been the owner was rude when she took our order, and even ruder, when our food was ready, snatching the buzzer out of my hand and acting generally like in someway, we had made her angry for ordering food here. iI the food had been delicious, it might be worth it to try again, but it wasn’t, so we won’t.

We stopped here for breakfast on our way out of town. The food was pretty good, however our bill was $120.00 for 5 people? They added several charges, including a tip? For what? Also they add a $5 fee for credit card? Felt ripped off. Why tipping for no service and no restroom and bussed our own table.
The eggs Benedict burrito is so freaking good. the bread was homemade and thick for the French toast. They were busy and our food only took 20ish minutes. Definitely worth the little drive out to the area. Super good.
Sharing what was on the payment counter so people can determine if this feels safe to them.

Wow!!! That was a great burger! I had to unhinged my jaw like an anaconda for the first bite ot two, but totally worth it. We (2 doggies and myself) had the bacon blue burger. Generous slathering of creamy blue cheese, crispy bacon on brioche. I do recommend wet wipes as this masterpiece is messy but you won't care. Even the doggies appreciated the messiness.
To top it off, very friendly and fast service. If you find yourself in Blairsden I highly recommend Bread and Butter!

Nice little food truck, with a great picnic setup. Nice staff, porta potties, umbrellas, nice tables, parking. Good view (weather was a perfect June day). Decent size menu, however, lots of options translates to slow service with such a tiny kitchen. That being said, things tasted great. Our complaint is that our fish tacos had hardly any fish in them. Tasty, but lots of breading and lots of cabbage, not much fish. Onion rings were tasty too. The guy one table over had the tri-tip sandwich, looked amazing and had a decent amount of meat.
