This place is fairly new but has great BBQ, good atmosphere that looks onto Blairsden fields, pretty good beer selection and more. Highly suggest stopping by.

Stumbled on this hidden gem when we couldn’t get into any restaurants on July 4th week. The beef brisket had run out, so we had ribs and smoked pork plates. The smoked pork was a bit dry so I will just get all pork ribs next time. Two BBQ plates plus a couple extra side salads fed my family of 4. The corn pudding and potato salad were classic, and the Cole slaw and green salads were all super fresh ingredients. We tried multiple sauces and all were tasty. Cute outdoor garden patio. Nice vibe and good food!

Love this place! Andrea and Chris the owners are BBQ Masters. Brisket is next level. Same for the pulled pork. Sides and sauces are terrific. Don’t miss the cornbread pudding. Beers, wines and the vibe can’t be beat. Get some!

The food is pretty good, but operationally, this place seems like an absolute junk show. I've eaten here twice in the past year, and both times it's taken a long time to order, and even longer to get my food. (Isn't bbq supposed to be fast AF because it's all made in advance?) The real kicker was when I ate there today and asked for a glass of water, I was told I needed to buy bottled water because they didn't have any potable water available. How can a restaurant safely prepare food and wash dishes without potable water?

The food was uninspiring and very small portions for the price. The staff were not very friendly and never even came to check in on us after the food was delivered. For the price of the meal to have to bus your own table is ridiculous. We were very disappointed with our experience. We won't be back which is sad because we looked forward to dining there. Overpriced and mediocre food.

Atmosphere was rustic, homey, and verdant. Service was hospitable, they checked on us for quality and family needs, and were personable. Felt a little disorganized in work rhythms. Food was cooked and seasoned properly and was rated highly amongst family members. 8/10, great family-style, American-dream eatery; especially on a toasty summer noontime.

Sierra Smokeshow recently catered our event, and we couldn’t be more impressed. The food was outstanding, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. As Texans, we’re pretty particular about our BBQ—but Sierra Smokeshow did not disappoint!! We enjoyed the brisket, BBQ chicken, smoked mushrooms, mac and cheese, fruit salad, and their amazing sauces—everything was flavorful and perfectly prepared. Thank you, Sierra Smokeshow, for helping make our special night such a success.
