Really awesome mountain brewery. An old buddy is a local and when I visit we always stop here after a long day of swim holes and hiking. 5/5

Had their IPA and played their disc golf course. The beer was phenomenal and the course was a very fun 9 hole course. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area.

Very cool brewery nesselled in a woody arra just off the road. Decent selection of beers with a lot hoppy beers/IPAs.

This place is a secret beer paradise hidden in the hills of the Plumas National Forest.

Amazing location, wonderful staff, great food, and drink. I can’t think of a better place to recommend for an outdoor experience. They have a frisbee, golf course, corn hole available, ping-pong tables, and plenty of space for you to bring your own picnic. We were fortunate enough they let us host our small 30 person wedding at their location. I can’t tell you enough how truly wonderful everyone was.

Okay beer. Great atmosphere. But the yellow jackets are completely out of control mid July. We tried to eat and had at least 50 swarming us constantly. It's a cool place to chill, but hard to relax with all the yellow jackets. (It's not as bad if you don't have food) It's outdoors and in nature so bugs are part of the experience. But I didn't see any traps out and they could do a better job with that aspect. This is the first time I've been there when it was so bad we had a beer and left.

There's a reason why, at the time of this review, the Brewing Lair has 4.9 stars over 218 reviews! This place is very relaxed, well maintained, and well thought out. The building, tables, decks, trees, grass, and atmosphere are so cool. Lots of shade and area to spread out. The pale ale, IPA, and ginger beer were all wonderful! Much respect for having the Weber BBQs.
