Never come to this place. Food comes out cold most times. And they always park you even if there isn’t any cars in the drive thru. They shouldn’t even have a drive thru. Horrible place.

Ordered my food in the drive thru and was made to wait 30 min in the parking lot after waiting for my food. Only for my order to be wrong. They clearly don't have enough staff working and the workers they do have don't seem to care. Will not be coming back again

They take so long!!! The time between pulling into the drive thru and leaving with my order shouldn't take near 30 minutes, let alone over half hour it took today with only two cars ahead of me, ridiculous....

You guys I love del taco and I never leave bad reviews and I had to this time this is the closest del taco to me and 3 visits in a row my order is always missing 1 or more items or we get charged incorrectly and I’ll get a wrong item in my order every time they always “push us threw” and say if we can park in the front and take our food out which means they need more time which they got and they still got the order wrong :( I can never drive away peacefully

By far the worst experience! I think they have a food shortage or somthing. The guy was scraping the bottom of the pan for the beef, he put what was on the bottom of the pan on the tortilla added a tiny bit of cheese and wrapped it up. So basically I just received alittle beef and a lot of tortilla. Very disappointed!!

Slow, been here multiple times different shifts already hasn’t changed
I came here today as it's my go-to spot in the area. I noticed a huge improvement in quality and service today. They made my food with lots of love ❤️

The time between pulling into the drive thru and leaving with my order shouldn't take near 15 minutes, let alone over half hour it took today with only two cars ahead of me.If i had not already submitted an order ahead of time, i wouldv't just pulled out and left.It wasn't just today. There have been several visits in which the food has taken a while to prepare.

They can’t even make orders correctly they charged me for milk shake then they said the shake machine is down comeback tomorrow for refund I came back to complain about my order and the manager called the cops on me. The sheriffs came with 3 vehicles I talked to them they went inside talked to the manager they came back to me telling me complain to headquarters. I don’t have time for this neither to come back to this place ever again. It will be much better for the building to shut down and am sure it will soon maybe sooner than I think because hard working people won’t waste their money on this kind of so called food
