Forever, the drive-through line is more than 10 minutes just to order and another 10 minutes to get my food. My whole lunch was there and my food was cold and the employees don’t know what they’re doing.

Every time I use this drive-through, I’m told to pull forward and park yes that’s right in the drive-through— even when there’s no one behind me.
I recently found out it’s because they’re trying to manipulate their service time metrics by clearing the order at the window before the food is actually ready.
That’s not good customer service — it’s gaming the system. The whole point of a drive-through is convenience, and this location seems more focused on looking fast than actually being fast.

Ordered the number one, a quesadilla and a strawberry shake. One of the tacos was so thin. I thought it was a quesadilla. The quesadilla lacked cheese. Worst of all, the food was cold , Especially the fries,and I only live three minutes away from the Business. don’t think I’ll be frequent in this place again. Don’t understand all they can afford to stay in business with that type of service. I shouldn’t have to contact the corporate office for this. The owner just likes to pass the buck because he cannot deal with his employees. He really didn’t seem too concerned about the type of service he provides. Don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Andi is an amazing manager at Del Taco! Always friendly and makes sure everything runs smoothly. The restaurant is clean, and the service is quick, all thanks to Andi's hard work. Definitely recommend stopping by!
