Work nearby, made multiple online orders. Have messed up our orders more than once. Finally, this last time I brought my previous order up to the manager. She simply asked if I called so they could remake the order. I'm on my lunch hour, definitely not going to go back to pick up an order you messed up. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience and asking how we can make it right, she just stared at me with a confused look. I'll just be ordering from Carl's or the new Subway that just opened up down the street.

This place is new so it's still pretty clean not much traffic yet. Nothing too different from other Jack's. Not much wait time inside or through the drive thru.

Came to drive thru at 7:59 pm and ordered a grilled cheese no microwave and employee on drive thru said they can not not microwave it that they had to microwave I said it would be the first Jack in the box that tells me no on the no microwave bread gets hard to chew when microwaved then at window I repeat 2 times how many creams and sugars I wanted for my coffee other female workers kept looking at me and talking to themselves and smiling drove away I didn’t see my sugar or creamer I drove back guy in front had me repeat how many sugars and creams I needed 3 times he was acting like he didn’t hear me when he was right in front of me.

My first time having breakfast at a Jack's and I have to say the ultimate combo is absolutely delicious. The coffee is pretty good as well. The staff was very friendly and professional. The store was nice and clean, what else can you ask for?????. I had a very enjoyable breakfast. So i came back for dinner and things didn't go so well. It would be courteous and professional to advise of any upcharges. So i opened my sandwich, and sure enough, they charged me for pickles(if you believe it) but didn't put any in my sandwich. They take my sandwich back to the kitchen, which is a health code violation, and then they add the pickles. This evening crew has not done well at all. I now see what ppl in the reviews are talking about and why they have the rating they have. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stop by here in the evenings. FYI I only came here for dinner because of the wonderful experience this morning. A decision I really regret.

Ordered a Sourdough Jack. The sandwich only had one slice of bacon and no tomato. Did not look like the picture shown In the menu. Smashed down like a pancake. Been there before and this is first time being disappointed. Probably won't return.

Everything I go the food is not fresh ..I ask for fresh and tell them ill wait.... they say the will. ....and they still give you old food. I don't recommend..also u can't even call and complain because they don't have a number on line ..
