Don't come here if you're a trucker the door was closed before 10pm even though the sign says the dining room says they stay open until then. Not a single person could open the door to help someone working hard and paying cash for their meal, I like jack in the box but this location should be closed if they don't want to service the truckers at this TRUCK STOP LOCATION!!

Every time I come here, they mess up on my order and if they don’t mess up, they give me some nasty food or something that’s been sitting for hours. Me and my wife bought a breakfast meal and it looks like they cook the hashbrowns with motor oil and a croissant tasted like they dropped it a few times.

The man in the drive-thru window on July 17, 2025 at about 5:40-5:45 didn't bother to even ask what kind of fries I wanted with my meal, tell me what my total was, or ask me if I wanted sauce. Left feeling disappointed. At least the food I got was decent.
