Fruit was very old tasted nasty. Cucumber tasted like it wasn't cleaned properly , and when I tried, the watermelon and melon were spoiled. Very bad experience. Never had I experienced that at any michocana . My suggestion don't go there

Customer service was great, unfortunately both my kids paletas had freezer burn and they would not eat it. I tried them so they wouldn’t go to waste but they just gave off the freezer taste. Had to toss them.

Super overpriced , hot Cheetos w cheese $6 bucks ??! Damm I’d rather go to 7 11 they like 3 bucks w cheese , also the esquite was super cold , like aren’t they suppose to be a little warm ? Ice cream fresas con crema was so good but still over priced, the girl was super nice doe they service is

Friendly service

When it was the previous owners they were so friendly and welcoming. I spend a lot of money here as I come often with my big family but this is the last time I come. The guy over the counter looks like he hates his life. He has absolutely no people skills. He wasn’t rude but just makes you feel unwelcomed. When he takes your order he’s so dry and looks at you like you’re from a different planet invading his space. I went from being in a good mood to feeding off his vibe. As a business owner myself this is a quick way to close your store, specially just starting off. I’m reading the reviews since the new ownership came in and it looks like they are already headed to their doom day. Customer service is everything specially when you can easily take your business elsewhere.

everything is ok i just hate how they charge so much for the fresas con crema now, i dont find 10 dollars reasonable
