Nice Guys Burgers

Great burger later in the evening. I came in alone and just ordered something simple - cheese burger with fries. The burger was prepared well and had all my favorites which is tough to do on the fly. It was excellent. The fries were excellent sprinkled with parsley and something else.

Got a chicken sandwich and they said they’d refund and would process in a few days and it never did. They gave me straight crust in the buns and when I called and told them when I got home they said they know what I’m talking about so they knew they did it and put it in there.

Just skip it, the first time I came it was good

Place is a hole in the wall. Cosmetically it can use some attention. The food is great and flavorful. The clerks are very nice and helpful to inform what the options are. It think it was the owner who showed up and right away came to pir table to ask if we needed anything and how everything was. Told him it was our 1st time and he was welcoming and glad we enjoyed the food.

Great burgers, unfortunately they think it’s fair to charge people a “kiosk fee”. In other words, they charge you to take your order… not very “nice” of them

Excellent food. I guess they went for small menu and excelled on it. Good decision if you ask me. Excellent Service. Environment was a little dull. Plenty of parking. Since its a cash only established, they charge service charges with every order.

This is not a good spot. Ordered a Cheeseburger combo. They only have can sodas and water. There bathroom reminds me of a gas station quality. The burger was extremely greasy so much the bun was falling apart because it was so grease logged. I couldn't even finish the meal. The French fries were soft to soft like under cooked soft. I will not be coming back here.

I’d like to say that the burgers WERE definitely worth the drive. Recently, we’ve been having issues with the location on Foothill. Today, we ordered 3 Michelin combos, two of which were with no cheese. We added no cheese 5x to make sure there wasn’t any cheese. When the ordered was handed to us, there were only two burgers, both of which had cheese. I went back in and asked one of the employees to remake one of them for me and also told him that we were missing one more burger. Long story short, we finally received the correct order but after several tries. Unfortunately, this is the second time this happens and this inconsistency is honestly not worth the drive. Please tell your team to pay more attention to the detail on the orders and to make sure they are complete before handing them out.

Opens at 11 but says they won’t start serving 30 minutes later due to just turning their equipment on.

Burger was not my favorite. Smash burger that was under seasoned and a special sauce that tasted like mayo and bbq sauce.
