Tejuino is a refreshing cold drink made with fermented corn masa, lime ? and raw sugar. The origin of the drink dates back to the Nahua people of central Mexico ??. The famous Rarámuri people also have a variation of the drink and they called tesguino. It’s also one of my favorite drinks to tame the summer heat. El Primos tejuino did not disappoint, it was on point and very delicious. It’s actually one of the best around and they have different variations that the owner of the place has created and they are equally delicious. I was served by the owner of the place and he was very friendly, professional, and funny. GMP’s performed here as well.
