Honestly the best Mole & Flan I’ve ever had! Food is incredible!!! My son said his tamale was the best he’s ever had! It’s hard to find a good restaurant up here on the mountain; honestly, I haven’t been impressed up until now. Definitely our new go to restaurant up here! I highly recommend Pájaro Azul!

Soups are where it's at here. Everything else is good, don't get it twisted, but the Pozole, Menudo, and Caldo de Res are sublime. Music was too loud, and the waitress was just slightly inattentive, but not bad. But the soups here, especially on a cold day, are top notch.
