I visit del taco prolly weekly and every single time I come my order is wrong! Every. Single. Time. There is one young lady who works at night and is a shift supervisor who is so rude!!!! She literally will treat you like you’re bothering her. There is no complaining to the GM Edgar. He has been the GM for over 10 years and is a predator! He only cares about hiring young women and could care less about his customers. I will no longer support del taco and they lost a regular customer. Today my order again was wrong!! I am done giving them my money. Get rid of your predatory manager and replace everyone with people who have actual customer service skills. I got charged for adding extra stuff to my chili cheese fries and I still received regular fries. Nothing on it I asked for but I was charged for it! I’ll be going to corporate del taco and the state to file a complaint.

I have been to many Del Tacos, and this place was so clean. It had a great atmosphere. My husband and son said it was the best Del Taco. The bean and cheese burritos have the sauce ALL the way through it here, not just a pile at the bottom. They got my tacos wrong (they forgot to add the bacon) and I told them, and they were very gracious, corrected the simple mistake, and apologized profusely. I love this store. The parking lot was also clean, and there was nothing sticky in the store.

I have been sick so I have been staying in more but when I go to my Dr. Appts I treat myself out. I love Del Tacos tacos and meal bundles. Drive through a little hard to get to if there is a line because of the new Tesler battery chargers, Starbucks and just the location. Buy if no line, you are good.

Del Taco is typically a safe go-to when traveling. However, I hope the owner/management of this facility is aware of and can get the exterior smell under control. The drive thru speaker area reeked of sewage and the horrific smell was nauseating. Thankfully it wasn’t an indication of the food after effects for us as we got our food and were back on the road.

Just came through the drive thru, when I order and PAY for a large fry, thats what I expect. Instead I got this. Unacceptable! The girl who bagged this was too busy on her cell phone to pay attention to what she’s doing. Sept 26, 2025 at 7:30om - @del taco if you want my money, atleast give me what I’m paying for.
Unfortunately their bathroom was out of order in Blythe, right by the highway where people stop to eat & wash up, not cool!

Everything that came out of the fryer had a burnt taste to it. Some of the fries also tasted sweet, like sugar from the churros got on them. The quesadillas also had a bunch on burt cheese on it like the press hadn't been cleaned in a while. The service was fine, maybe a tad slow. But the energy coming from the kitchen was frantic and chaotic. And too top it off the kiosks are terrible.

Stopped in for a quick meal and it took a very long time to get our food. Couldn't use the restroom because it looked like a bomb went off, and other restroom was occupied for 45min straight.
