The food here is soo good and seriously made with love!!! They were a bit slow to process orders because the food is seriously homemade and made with love!! Worth the wait!! They gave us a free cup of soup to tide us over while we waited for our meal. It was all fabulous!! So good definitely worth it! Cute place! Definitely check it out!

We tried this place on our drive home from Cali. Everything we had was amazing! Chilli, chicken fried steak, and all of the sides. The food does take longer than most places because it is made from scratch when you order, but it is completely worth the wait. Stacy was super sweet and works very hard to make the experience great. I couldn't recommend this place more!

Oh my gosh! Home run by Stacy's today! I am so glad they're available on Door Dash. The Tennessee cheeseburger was delicious. It is meat, cheese, bacon, lettuce and tomatoes on grilled Texas toast. The only thing I would change was the meat was a bit overcooked. And maybe send napkins and utensils. I've had both the mac and cheese and the chili before and they were as good as always. This was a very filling meal, it came with cornbread which was a surprise, and I saved some of it for later. Thank you, Stacy's Kitchen!

It was ok. There's nothing else really in the area. We went hoping for something better than fast food. The guy server was very nice but the food was kinda bland and over cooked. There was no seasoning. But not only that it took us over an HR just to get our food and then my husband couldn't even eat his because it was cold and tough. (Stacy's Tennessee burger)Which is just patties on white bread and a ton of mayo and ketchup and mustard. I am sorry but I probably won't ever come back.

When traveling, our family likes to try local places when possible, even in the small “pit stop” towns. Stacy’s kitchen had some great reviews so we gave it a try. Those reviews were well-earned! Every aspect of our meals were on point. Between the 3 of us we tried the fried shrimp po’boy, Mac n cheese, fried chicken wings, corn on the cob, bbq brisket sandwich, greens, sweet potato fries, cornbread. We loved everything (and it’s saying something when a 10-year old asks for more greens!)We also met the owner, Stacy who is friendly and motivated. I only wish we were wealthy and could help her attain her goals because she has big plans and with the quality of her food, she could really go far! I’m sad that she doesn’t have a place closer to the Phoenix area, but now we have a great recommendation to all our friends who are driving to/from LA for vacation.Only con: it’s warm in the building. Stacy is doing everything she can within her means to find a solution. Older buildings are notorious for poor ventilation. If you think the heat could be problematic, you could get the food to go and eat in the car. It’s seriously so good you won’t mind.

Pros: DELICIOUS food and great options for sides. The ranch is so flavorful, I highly recommend. I got the fried catfish and my husband got the Salisbury steak. Both were incredible.Cons: the server was very new so we had a few hiccups, nothing horrible, just inconvenient. He put my order in for fried chicken instead of fried catfish and didn't know they were out of corn bread. Instead of telling us they were out and asking what we would want instead, he just brought us Texas toast instead. For some reason, people who came in after us got their food before us even though we ordered first. Once our food came out, which took 45-50 minutes, that's when we realized he had put in for the chicken and not the fish. Thankfully, it only took another 10-15 minutes for my fish to come out and I ate the chicken and sweet potato fries while I waited (both delicious). All in all, I would definitely eat here again. He food was well worth it.

We were on a family roadtrip and decided to come here for dinner. We were a party of 12 and got seated right away. At first, there was only one other table being used but after we sat down...people kept coming in. It's a small establishment and I wanted to love it...we love finding hidden gems. I did see that they had a hiring sign... but service was very slow. At least 30-40 mins until food started to come out in pieces. My kiddos French toast came out last (I want to say about an hour and a half after we ordered). No syrup. A few side items they ran out of, which we were told as they were bringing food to table. So there was another wait for that. The cornbread was alright, a bit sticky feeling. I wish it was white gravy for the chicken fried steak instead of brown gravy, but it was still good. The mac and cheese was tasty. My oldest kiddo really enjoyed her grilled cheese. By the end, the bill ended up being wrong so we had to get that fixed. Staff was very nice though.

I love finding those "hole in the wall" hidden gem restaurants while traveling. I read reviews and had to try Stacy's Kitchen while in town. We came in last night, with our party of 12, and got there at the perfect time. There are definitely some pros and cons. Let's start with the good: Food is delicious! My chicken fried steak was fantastic! The wedges are so good! I'd come again just for those. The staff was friendly and worked their tails off! Cons: some updates to the outside area could be made. They ran out of Mac and cheese (and other side items) so we had to put substitute orders in. They could use extra staff because it did get crazy busy. Overall, I would definitely come again if we come through town. The food is that good. Thank you, Donna, for handling our large group!

Food was excellent and a great break on the road trip. Everyone was incredibly nice. This felt like home cooking where everyone can get what they are in the mood for. Thanks for the great lunch!

Parking: Tons of parking available.

Kid-friendliness: Welcoming to kids and a great kids menu.

We were on our way to California from Arizona, looking for a spot for dinner. The food and service here is great! Everything tasted homemade, not from frozen. You can tell they take pride in their food because the cook decided to remake my husband’s burger because she didn’t like how the first one came out. He loved his burger. We also had garden salads, which were crisp and fresh, with what tasted like homemade dressing. The chicken fingers were made with real chicken and breaded in corn meal. My son loved those too. While we were waiting for our food we received a complimentary tasting of the black-eyed peas and pinto beans, again, delicious, warming and comforting. This place isn’t fancy, more of a diner-vibe, but if you’re looking for a comforting meal, this is your place.

Fantastic food and a great team make this restaurant awesome. I will always want to come here any time I visit Blythe California. The corn bread, the greens, the fries, the mac bites, the barbecue pork sandwiches, the fried catfish were all amazing and wonderful. The dining area is clean and brightly lit. The bathrooms are awesome.Service is perfect. No problem finding parking. Comfortable booth and table seating choices.

Vegetarian options: Lots of items with no meat are on the menu. Ask about preparation to be sure.

Parking: We parked right in front. Lots of mall style parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: Good door at street level for entry.

My husband and I made a day trip from Palm Springs to Blythe on Monday January 30th. We decided to stop for lunch, but wanted something different than fast food from the various hamburger places. We found Stacy's Kitchen and decided to give it a try. AWESOME experience!!! I had fried catfish that was the best I've ever tasted. My husband had chicken fried steak. We had many sides to choose from. I had cucumber salad (yum!) and green beans. My husband had mashed potatoes, gravy as well as green beans and delicious cornbread. We were treated to a taste of black eyed pea soup. We ended up getting two large servings of soup and cornbread to take home. We will certainly go back on our next trip down south (we live in Washington state). It's a little nondescript "hole in the wall", but so surprising.

First and foremost be prepared to wait for everything… to be seated, for service and especially for the food. The food took over 40 minutes and it came out in batches. We were given fried chicken (that we didn’t order because they felt bad for us waiting). We ordered 3 BBQ sandwiches each with 2 sides. Some of the sides were coming out before the sandwich and even after. I would have expected the food and sides to come together for our meal. One of the sides we selected was out of stock, but we didn’t find out until the last sandwich was given to us. So we didn’t even get what we ended up paying for. And how much longer would we have had to wait for a side that was in stock? No thanks. The food did taste good. Stacey’s Kitchen has so much potential, but they seem to still be finding their rhythm and it needs improvement if they’re going to last.

The pros: Fantastic food. I had the BBQ brisket sandwich and my husband had the chicken fried steak. He is a chicken fried steak aficionado and he said it was the best he had ever had. My sandwich was perfect and that’s saying a lot. The sides ( Mac and cheese, onion rings, chili, corn bread) were also amazing. The cons: Location. Located in what seems like an abandoned strip mall with a trash strewn parking lot.The sign is just kinda hanging lopsided on top of the old sign. The cleanliness. There are 6 tables and when we got there there were 2 tables occupied. The person sitting at the table behind me was watching something on his phone with the sound on so we asked to move to another table but the waiter had to clean it first. With so few tables and so few customers, there’s no reason for there to be a dirty table. The waiter. He’s the cook’s son and maybe waiting tables is not where he shines. Nice enough but a bit slow and hard to understand. The wait. It’s definitely not fast food. Worth the wait but I was tired and hungry so it seemed like a VERY long wait:-)
