Cannot get an order right. Ordering through DoorDash, this location always misses things as simple as hot fudge topping or fails to include requested flavors of ice cream. Terrible quality control and possibly failure to train employees.

Nice warm welcome from the young gentleman at the counter. He even invited us to complete the survey on the receipt to get $1.00 off our next order. Wifey selected low calorie Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream today. Yuh-mmy!

Ordered a $60 ice cream cake and the Happy Birthday message was completely incorrect. They tried to fix it and made it worse. While laughing, the young workers called their manager who did not offer to make it right. Reading other reviews, this isn’t the first time this has happened here! We will never order from this location again, horrible customer service.

I did an online order today for pick up at 7pm and when I got there, they claim there was no order ! I showed them the receipt! The confirmation number ! The email all of that proving i order it ! They refused to make my order! Then proceeded to ask me to do a refund! On Baskin robbin website states I can only call or go up to the store in which the order is placed! Such bad experience giving the fact I'm a regular costumer come in and get ice cream 3-4times a week! I literally live 2mins away! They try to tell me that they never heard of there online order system! Which i feel is bull shit cause I order from the app all the time ! So idk !.
Please fire your empolyees they are idiots!

First time ordering on the app and then I came in to pick up my ice cream.I told the Filipina girl That they didn't have too many options On flavors on the app like I wasn't really liking.What I picked but I wanted to pick in person. Seems like she didn't.
Really offer any solution. I told her I accidentally did cup instead of cone I asked If she can put the cone on top She was very reluctant And then in the end she just gave me one handed it to me. Doesn't sound very professional. I open up the bag and I asked her for a spoon.She packed it up without a spoon and I told her. She gave me a spoon but she ignored me because I told her there was no spoon inside lol. I expect better service at a nicer ice cream shop in bonita.

They need to hire people that are more social or at least not in the back on their phones. I had to wait a while and when I asked for the chocolate covered cone she didn’t place the ice cream down neatly it was dripping and falling over instantly. I now understand why other generations speak badly about gen z because their attitude and work ethic is horrible(I’m Gen z and I am horrified and understand now), hire people with better social skills because their customer service is horrendous of 50 % of staff, the other girl was a lot more friendlier and attentive.

I ordered a cake online. They messed up the birthday message. It's supposed to be just "Happy Birthday" just like the way I ordered it. Who ever the idiot who made the cake added "Candle". Who in the world is candle? I ordered a specific candle with it, but they didn't have it.
Worst custom cake I ever ordered.
The cashier says she'll try to take out the extra word as best as she can. That's not the point. Someone did not pay attention to details with the order. That's the best they can do? A professional business place will be do the damn cake.
I just took the cake as it is and left angry, since they're not gonna do any better without the damn candles I paid for.
Not worth the money I paid for. Unprofessional.
I will never come here again and I will tell everyone I know that they do unprofessional job and won't even make up for they're mistakes.This was my first and last time ordering here.

I had a wonderful experience at Baskin Robbins! The service was exceptional, and I want to commend the tall employee with glasses for being exceptionally kind and helpful, especially towards an elderly customer. Will definitely be coming back!

Stay away from Bonita Rd. Baskin-Robins - After a long and emotional day of being at my mom funeral service my wife decided to take our daughter to Baskin Robins. She looked up the closing time to make sure they would be open. Since they closed at 10pm she knew she had plenty of time but when her and my daughter arrived there at 9:30pm the employees stated that they had already put up all the ice cream and had to be out by 10pm.

I came in on 12/30/23 at 2:50pm to pick up my husband’s Birthday cake. There was a lady and her son getting ice cream. I was waiting to be helped, and there was another young lady in the back putting things away. She didn’t even ask if we needed help. Someone else walked in after I did and was also waiting. The girl that had helped the first customer, totally ignore me and helped the people that came in after me. I than said to her that I was there first and that was waiting to be helped. The other young lady came from the back said she would help me. She finally came out to help me after I said something. She told me it was a honest mistake. I told her why would I be there if I didn’t need assistance. She went to get my online order. I look to see if it was done correctly. I told her that I had been waiting and then finally it was my turn and I was ignored. She walked away and went the back and had the nerve to tell me to look in the mirror. I ask for their names and she gave them to me. The lady in the pink shirt had the nerve to tell me I have bad energy and that I need to just look at myself. Also the guy that came in after I did said that I was by the cash register, didn’t say anything. It’s not my placed to say anything it’s their place to, they are the ones that are working. I’m in customer service and I never talk to my customer that way ever. I believe the girl’s name is Jasmine or it’s Alex. It’s one of the two. I will never be coming to that location again. I will take my business to another location. Thank you Jasmine and Alex for the bad experience I had there. You just hurt your locations sells.
