Best coffee! For a limited time, they have their miso sweet & salty caramel latte iced or hot. I had it iced and it is the perfect balance. I also had it half the sweetness with an extra shot. Perfection! Location- Bonita. Tight parking, and drive through can be long, but if you order ahead through the app it's a breeze!

Customer service sucks. The employees don’t even look at you when you are waiting at the window to pick up your coffee. It’s like they are avoiding to service you. The line is always ridiculously long. The worst better buzz I have ever been to. Not coming back

Coffee was good and food is to be expected. Service was fine. BUT I wonder how much more so if the employees in 50° WEATHER had a company warming layer or propane space heater. I get it’s not freezing temperature. After a few $20 orders you couldn’t afford just one just one space heater. Call me soft but I don’t think offering a way for them to stay warm would kill profits or productivity. Just a thought.

I don't really like Better Buzz. Only thing I order is Avocado Toast. I come on Saturday morning before my walk around the golf course. For the last 2 weeks I ordered Avocado Toast with bacon, and extra chili on top. Last week only got 1 slice of bacon and no chili, and today I walked up and told the cashier my issue last week she said she would make sure it was right. I had to take an important call so I went to the car. My granddaughter brought it as we got to golf course and was walking I opened up the toast it had no chili and was covered in seeds and lots of salt. So much salt I couldn't eat it. I threw it away. The last they could do is tell you at the beginning not just keep giving you something you DONT WANT. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BETTER BUZZ AT ALL.

1/9/25 9:38 AM: I just had a bad experience AGAIN where while waiting for the pickup online order, someone walked in front of me. After tell the male barista that i was next, he still addressed the person that walked in front of me. I confronted her and let her know i was next, the customer answered “It goes by time.” It was 9:38, my time was for 9:30- and this is dumb honestly i have no way of knowing another customers’ pick up time. I repeated to the barista that I was next, and he walked away from me and proceeded to give that person her order. They’ve added a sign on the window that is USELESS. They need to create a line for online orders because it was very unpleasant. I wont be returning. Rather not deal with rudeness as I wait to pick up my morning coffee.
A small on the go cafeteria with their menu at neck breaking height. Honestly doesn't bother me but it seemed like a weird design. The coffee is expensive, the food is expensive. It's honestly just a place for people who are willing to pay $60 for 4 people

The worst location for any of the Better Buzz coffees. Always backed up. Drive through sits out in the street. Always little parking. They do everyone a disservice by squeezing in a popular coffee shop on the side of the damn road. Horrific. Move across the street or something. Zero room.
