Ordered the hot mocha latte. Its not hot at all waited a long time in the drive thru due to car infringement of me changing cash. So when I got my drink it was just warm NOT HOT anymore. Im so sad!

Just went to redeem one of my free drinks after my 100 points purchase, the lady with glasses and a piercing in her noise told her 5 times my order and I was like weird but okay. She was since the beginning with a bad attitude because she repeated the order a couple of times. At the window advised of the free drinks apparently she could hear me , even healed 3 times “excuse me” she just gave me her back and didn’t respond . Me really frustrated left drive thru and went directly to the window to see why was I treated like that. Another lady was very sweet to help me with my order that was totally wrong even I said it a couple of times to confirm. She came back and gave me with an attitude “here is your coffee “ Still wrong order but was already frustrated to say more. Don’t know if coming back.

Better Buzz never misses! This location in particular is super busy but the staff does their best to get you in and out of there as quickly as possible. They are always super friendly and helpful, especially with drink recommendations. The food and drinks are ALWAYS delicious. My fave is the Iced Chai with oat milk and two shots of espresso! My go-to breakfast order is the Better Breakfast Sandwich. Chef’s kiss! 😘 Shoutout, Anthony! You da best!

The drive thru has long wait times so use the app and pop inside for your (near) immediate caffeine fix.

Had a great experience at this store. The staff is super friendly and offered great recommendations. I ended up going with the pumpkin chai and it was delicious. Parking can be a little tricky but well worth it.
This place is fantastic, staff is friendly and helpful. I love stopping by here on my morning walks with my Pup.

I drive by this place several times a week. I always see lots of people standing outside and the drive through is always long. So today I decided to give them I try. Knew I should’ve not given up to the FOMO. I ordered a latte. No sweets no nothing special. Just a hot latte. If I were to guess, they were trying to make a cafe con leche and just gave up instead. They have the machines, the coffee and the name but no baristas.

Honestly the service here is trash! In person they have a horrible attitude and are extremely rude. They act like they are doing you a favor by taking your order. I don’t understand why they can’t ever get the orders correct. Every single time I order via ubereats or DoorDash they “forget” my food items. It’s not once nor twice it’s been so many times it’s so frustrating. I even added in the notes for the restaurant to double check the order because they always “forget” something. It’s so annoying to have to request refunds in the app just because the employees are too lazy to do their jobs. They need new management here because there is always something wrong.

Ale was working at the register today she met us with a big smile and was ready to take our order within seconds, when i ordered she was super helpful i asked what coffee has lots of foam she recommended the cappuccino! And thats what i got! Thank you !!!
