We waited about 20 minutes for drinks and we had to go ask if they were ready and the drinks were already there but they didn't tell us, one drink was a hot coffee which was completely cold! And only half the glass was full, I ordered with whipped cream but they didn't put it in or made a decision because of so much waiting time, it's a shame that there are so many people serving and they don't pay attention to the orders and only we were customers.

Food is tasty for sure! I ordered takeout from Uber eat and the food was ready almost instantly so probably in the morning they have a good amount made to be able to serve quickly. Place is in a plaza where plenty parking is available. Can't say how it is inside as we just got take out. All the sandwiches were great! They are a bit small. My husband needed 2 or probably 2 and a half for breakfast. They are thin sandwiches/bagels. Will order again in the future when I have a chance.

Terrible, I do not recommend it, the staff that works there is too rude, I went for a coffee in the morning and when I was on the way to the car it spilled on my hand, I returned only to have the glass changed because it was completely stained, I told the girl who worked there that the cafe was not closed properly and her response was something I really did not expect, she yelled at me saying that it was not true, that she looked when her colleague closed the cafe and that sheWhat I was saying was a lie, for God's sake, because I would burn my hand from the coffee for pleasure, I do not recommend this cafeteria, the staff is very unprofessional.

I found this place a year ago and was super satisfied! Really good chicken sandwich and quickly tended to. Not sure what changed in the last few months because they've been f*cking terrible. Maybe it's change in management, pay, new workers or maybe I'm unlucky and get the same bitchy lady at the window but as of now I do not recommend this place at all. The last few times I've went they take for f*cking ever to even come to the window. They have a "doorbell" to ring to catch their attention. I've stood at their window for 15 minutes rang it like 3 or 4 times and NO ANSWER. There were people already outside eating their food. I don't care if y'all are crazy busy making food back there it's courtesy at least maybe within the first ring or two to AT LEAST let your customer know "hey we're really backed up at the moment, I'll be able to get to you in (time frame)" but don't just ignore your customer. Anytime I go now I wait 20-30 minutes for 1 sandwich regardless of how busy they seem. Y'all are not the only place that makes smoothies & sandwiches. And like I'm young, I don't care to be a bitch about food service but this place just fucking pushed it in terms of how much they can get away with. So honestly fuck this place y'all really deserved this shitty review. Don't come here.

Blue Moon in Bonita super disappointed!My little sister & i love to try new cafes & we found Blue Moon on Yelp! When we went to go order I proceeded to tell the young lady in register it was our first time trying out the spot. I asked for a recommendation on a sweet iced coffee and she didn't have one. So I ended up ordering the "Cielito Lindo" iced. I made it very clear I wanted it ICED, When the order was ready she brought the drink out warm (simple mistake that can be fixed no biggie) I asked the lady if she could just bring me ice since I told her I wanted the drink to be cold or I she could remake it ICED again she never made it clear that it couldn't be cold. She went to the back to go speak to her manger. When the manger finally came out she told me I would have to order a new drink which I have to pay for or she can bring me a cup of Ice. The manger then rudely told my 16 year old sister there was nothing she can do about her warm drink. The manger starts pointing at the menu very sassy saying ; "just a tip if you can read here it says "ice coffee" "hot coffees" to me that's VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I told her we could clearly read what it said but when we ordered "cielito lindo" i asked the lady to make it Iced and she said okay! Our total was 26$ plus i left a very generous tip. Moral of the story to the "Manger" at blue moon cafe; you should "tip" your own staff on knowing the menu , so that when people ask for recommendations or to make their drinks a certain way they know what they can't and can do. ALSO In order for you to run a successful business maybe stop trying to teach people how to read your menu and make it more clear! (Also loose the attitude or your run people away)
