This restaurant treats its customers with shocking disrespect. I witnessed an elderly person being verbally berated simply because she didn’t know how to open the bathroom door—an incident made even more disturbing by the fact that the person doing the yelling claimed to be the manager. To make matters worse, there was a hair in my food, but I was too afraid to speak up for fear of receiving similar treatment. Both the customer service and the food quality were absolutely unacceptable.

When I was a kid, I remembered getting the Bonus Jack. It was the best burger. This is nothing like I remembered, and it came with Jacks Secret Sauce. This Bonus Jack was very sad. It came with a light tasting bbq sauce, NOT JACKS SECRET SAUCE, as stated on the website app. What a waste of money I also ordered the Halfsie which is suppose to be 50/50 fries and curly fries, more like 90 percent fries and 10 percent curly fries, again what a waste of money, and why did I not complain... it was a too go order, and it was not worth driving back, so the best thing to do is post it on the website. Overall Rating: One * Star

They always messed up my wings and they’ve done it twice, when I pointed out that my order was done wrong he made sure that it was done correctly but they messed it up

Driving up and receiving my order was great, everything was efficient and fast. However, when I opened my food the items, my loaded bfast sandwich was dry, almost over done. The french toast sticks were over done and greasy, the Ult. Bfast Sandwich had no cheese even though I got extra, and I received a mocha latte rather than my vanilla sweet cream coffee. Other than that the drive thru operator was great.

Wir hatten einen Double Jack Cheeseburger, Tacos, Chicken Stripes, eine Eggroll und Halffries (normale Pommes und Curly Fries). Suuuuper lecker! Die Tacos könnten ein bisschen besser sein, aber das wurde alles durch den Rest wieder ausgeglichen. Die Pommes waren gut und der Burger vorallem super saftig. Als Fast Food sehr zu empfehlen!

This is the 4 time we come to jack at 7:22 am and it's closed they have a big sticker with the open 24 hours drive true and it's all lies thy even have the hours sticker in the drive true and infront if main door saying that they open at 6am and other days at 5.30 am and thy don't open at the time they have customers waiting knocking on doors to see if there's staff and no one there if they don't respect the ours of the business they should take all the hours info and 24 hours open off they just make customers go and waist time b being on drive true and parking to get off to go inside when it's closed that's not nice at all ...
