I would really like to know why the lady who always works there always seems agitated and acts as though she rather not help. She’s extremely rude and acts annoyed when you ask a question. It’s very confusing. I’ve given her the benefit of the doubt one too many times but today I am happy to say I will NOT be going back. Work on your customer service.

I used to love this place back when I lived in Chula Vista, ten years ago. Went on a Sunday with my daughter, it was 2:03 pm, asked for two coffees and the owner responded that she was closed (I guess she closes earlier on Sundays) but she was going to make them anyway with an attitude. I asked no whipped cream and she made both while chatting with another customer. Got the two coffees with extra whipped cream like she gave them to me free. Not going back

Payed 2$ for a water bottle and it was room temperature asked nicely for ice for my water but the lady refused shes so money hungry saying she has to pay for that cup and ice and straw . i get it but I did pay 2$ im not asking for free water? my first impression for this business is a big NO. Never recommending this place.

friend of mine repeated her order SEVERAL times and the owner still made the wrong thing. she asked politely to make the order right but she refused until she made it after awhile. extremely condescending, unprofessional, most uncomfortable situation ever.

I got an Horchata Latte and it was phenominal! It's my new favorite coffee literally ever. Last time I got the Polar Bear, also SO good!!! My new favorite coffee shop in the area with their lattes. Well priced They dont overfill the ice like Starbucks does. The people there are so kind and patient, wonderful service.

I love this place first time going recently and they are awesome absolutely friendly and coffee is delicious as well. Would recommend for a chill spot and great coffee.
This is my FAVORITE coffee place! It's been here forever, and I love supporting local. Mary, the owner, is such a lovely person and is always friendly and kind. The Mexican mocha is my favorite, and you have to try the whipped cream, Mary makes it herself 💕 The young lady that also works there(I'm so sorry I don't know your name!) Is amazing too. She's super nice and memorized my order, and that means a lot to me. I highly recommend!

Drink 5/5: I ordered two Horchata latte and a house coffee (black). Both were great choices and highly recommend the horchata latte! Service 5/5: Mary, the barista and owner, is nice and respectful! Overall great service and didn't rush me at all. Ambiance: cute set up with chairs and when the weather is warmer, I can't wait to come back and enjoy my coffee here.
Overall, if you are looking to support a small business over overpriced and corporate owned shops, this is the place!!
