Great authentic Puerto Rican Food. Pernil (pork) cooked to perfection and the mofongo the same.
Good service and spacious seating area indoor or outdoors.
Plenty of parking also

Dang this place is really good. Just try it. I’ve had food here twice now and both times I’ve been really pleased. The lechón plate was so juicy and delicious.

The place for homemade Latin cuisine like Mama used to make it. No atmosphere as it is take-out only these days... But the food is still the same high quality as before... Highly Recommended.

Good stuff! Missed some good Puerto Rican food after living a long time in East Harlem. Enjoyed the food very much. On the upper level salty wise, but it works for me.

HORRIBLE service with long wait times. I am a PR and was so excited to go here for my bday. The food was very underwhelming (burnt alcapurria with no flavor, extremely salty steak in my mofongo). We will never be returning! What a shame😭.

If you plan on coming here to eat, prepare to call before hand to double check if certain food items are available.
My friend invited me to dine here. Sadly, they didn’t have the bistec available, it was only 5pm on Friday. This was the 4th reoccurence that my friend was told that they didn’t have the food (bistec) available due to certain logistics.
Although we got to order other items, the sliced meat was incredibly salty and so were the beans and rice… these alternatives left us disappointed.
Additionally, we got to speak with the Owner and see if there are solutions. This could’ve been a productive interaction, like for example promoting certain foods on specific days due to the lack of ingredients and other logistics. The owner was busy and we appreciate her taking the time to discuss with us but we weren’t met with understanding or professionalism, as though our frustration was not justified. We weren’t satisfied with the service we got.
We simply wanted to provide constructive feedback to the Owner of the restaurant, so that she may want to consider for the future.
I just hope there will be a resolution because the restaurant is beautiful - we love Dominican Culture!! And from a business standpoint, to consider adopting a different strategy to make sure they have the right food stock/less salty food, especially for a food item that is a staple to the culture.

I was feeling home sick and let me tell you, I ordered some pizza pastelillos....AND THEY TASTE JUST LIKE THE ONES THAT ARE MADE IN MY MOTHERS BARRIO! You made my night! I can't wait to visit the restaurant. Thank you for the authentic food 🇵🇷

Waited over 1 hour for the food for two ppl. Server came once to the table. Owners did not even acknowledge their customers to assist or speak about the delay.

They need to figure out a new recipe for the meat ITS TOO SALTY. I ordered food for me and my husband for pick up through Uber eats and was sooo excited to eat it but after the second bite it all taste like play dough. It has the possibility of being great but waaaaayyyy waaaayyyyyyy waaayyyyy too much salt and I honestly wish I could get my damn money back

I went on a Saturday afternoon after I’ve been craving some good Puerto Rican food, which is hard to come by in SoCal. When I arrived, it wasn’t too busy, so I was able to choose a table and the server brought a menu. I was pleased to see they had all my favorites, arroz con gandules, lechon, papa rellenas, tostones, alcapurria y pastelillos, the list goes on. I couldn’t help myself but to order everything. The food was made fresh to order and everything was delicious. The arroz con gandules and big serving of lechón were cooked perfectly and moist. The alcapurria and papa rellena were not over fried or greasy at all. The tostones could’ve used an extra minute cooking for my liking but were still amazing. The service was good, but also seemed slower for a Saturday. I cannot wait to go back
