Thursday march 28 Yesterday, had an issue with a KFC employee around dinner time she had really Big eye lashes, it looked like something was hanging off and I mentioned it and said I hope nothing fell in my food. I don't think She Should have such Big eye lashes or at least make Sure Shes using Proper hygiene. I don't think I wanna order at kfc bonita Rd again if theres eyelashes in my food.

I went to order some of my favorite meals a famous bowl and a chicken sandwich and this young lady came to take my order and she was very rude on the speaker to you and then when I came up to the window she rolled her eyes at me after that when I try if to asked for extra napkins this disrespectful woman refused to do so her name tag said anaira I believe this employee need to be suspended or fired she needs some form of disciplinary action placed against her
Worst KFC you'll see. Extremely understaffed and the staff themselves are rude and immature. Will not be returning and do not recommend to anyone.

Fast & accommodating of my demanding requests. I tend to request sauces and items they don’t normally give you, unless one requests it ….they did it without hesitation, or with face of annoyance. Also more importantly, the order was correct. overall great service.

Tried to order from the Bonita KFC on Sunday, Jan 9th, 2024. Tried DoorDash. Order cancelled without explanation. Tried GrubHub. Ditto. Tried calling and let ring for over 20 times. No answer. Maybe the location went out of business?

NASTY. If you want COLD, OLD, STIFF food then come to this location. It been BAD for at least 4yrs now. Locals know you only come to this location if you're desperate lol. Oh and they always "run out of food". Crazy.
I have been here a few times es 4 stars the biscuit was to old or overcooke hard the chicken was not very hot room temperature so that's not good 4 tables are dirty and it's slow. The team members bare just standing around taking. No customers inside just me right now So it's a hit or miss today was. Or the best sorry

Went to pick up our online order but the doors were locked that evening. We went to the drive thru instead. Even though we got our order, there should have been a sign saying why it's locked & did not understand what the cashier was trying to say about crispy chickens not available.
