We went through the drive through and was told to wait in the reserved drive through parking spaces for our food. 20 min later we got our food while car after car behind us got there food and left. Horrible system. We will not return.

These people tried to charge me $14 for a Mcdouble, a drink, and fries. A burger that used to cost a dollar now costs as much as a real burger from a restaurant. No more McDonald's for me. You guys better fix those prices. Unless people are stupid enough to pay $14 for a $1 or $2 max burger.

This Mcdonalds is always super slow, and when you get your food the hamburgers look like someone smashed them super flat and the fries are cold, so in other words its a prefect way to waste $50 dollars for a family of 4…… STAY AWAY

Why does McDonalds allow this franchise to continue? It’s horribly ran. Always have to park when going through the drive through, and the wait is ridiculous. This is the only location with these problems. McDonald’s-you need to mystery shop this location especially the drive through service and reconsider this owner as a franchisee.

There was nobody at the window this morning and I watched multiple people drive away. I was asked for my code three times and the guy kept leaving and coming back so I was just sitting there waiting while people behind me were beeping their horn.

On 2 occasions that I was sent to the reserve stalls forgot to give me a straw and on my most recent visit I asked for a straw and the person just never came back so I left. I'm not sure what's going on but the service has gone down recently.

I waited 15 mins in the drive thru line and when I placed my order, I received my order wrong, they girl told me I had to go back Lon line or go inside to Apple Pay the cheeseburger that was the order takers mistake for not capturing. Additionally, I waited in line again for my order.
