On 2 occasions that I was sent to the reserve stalls forgot to give me a straw and on my most recent visit I asked for a straw and the person just never came back so I left. I'm not sure what's going on but the service has gone down recently.

I waited 15 mins in the drive thru line and when I placed my order, I received my order wrong, they girl told me I had to go back Lon line or go inside to Apple Pay the cheeseburger that was the order takers mistake for not capturing. Additionally, I waited in line again for my order.

Im here almost every day due to the proximity, however, the service has slowed down a little since the push to using the app, the inside order screens, and I'm thinking less employees per shift. I even see the managers having to pitch in to help more. I'm estimating I've been idling in this drive thru for over 20 minutes even though there were only a handful of cars ahead of me.

Went into the drive thru for some fries and a mcdouble and mcchicken. As simple as my order was i was asked to go wait in one of the parking spots and waited a ridiculously long time. I wouldn't even send an enemy there. Horrible service.

I ordered a $6 meal, Mcdouble with extra onion, pickles and lettuce. Instead I got a cheese burger with lettuce no extra pickle. Not the first time their food was not up to par, just they are right by my house.

I recently had a disappointing experience at McDonald’s. I waited over 32 minutes for a simple Happy Meal, even though the order status moved from ‘processing’ to ‘now serving’ within the first five minutes. During my wait, I noticed that a family of six who ordered three Happy Meals received their food about 10 minutes before me, even though they ordered after I did. I also asked an employee about the delay, but it still took quite a while to get my order. I hope McDonald’s can address these inconsistencies to provide better and more efficient service for all customers in the future.
