Hello world, I want to shout Elizabeth a 5 star server. She greeted everyone at the door with a warm smile. Additionally she offered a sample of an item that I had asked about and explained the reward program. The food was above average B+ the orange chicken and shrimp. The store was clean and inviting.

This is for the Panda Express at Otay Ranch mall. We go to others in the area. This is the worst. They take it for granted that ppl go anyways. So for being in a good mall, this Panda Express is filthy, bathroom , floor, tables, everywhere. The soda n ice machine always NoT working. The manager doesn't smile, doesn't do her job of maintain the place and it carries on to the crew. So many empty trays, the food is not fresh, she gives the last of what's in the food holder, so lousy serving . She called to replace last minute. This is at rush dinner hour. The few times we here only coz we had errands at the mall, it was a lousy experience. The owners should talk to this manager.
