I went yesterday, ordered a vegetarian sandwich and a lime agua fresca. The sandwich was okay, it used to be full of veggies, this time it had a couple of things, the agua tasted fake, almost like ice cream, no bueno. Missed the guys who used to work there, they'd make sure you were satisfied with their food. The place seemed clean as other times ?
Well I came in at 5:50 with my friend to get a smoothie because Iv had one before and they were pretty good so I thought to stop by as I was heading home. So when We walked in the first things they said was that they were closed, no hello, hi or welcome in.... anyways the doors were open and still had about 10 minutes before 6 pm closing . I didn’t realize they closed so early but still disappointed that they couldn’t use those last 10 minutes to help one last customer before...
Refreshing, energizing, healthy, affordable, authentic, and amazingly tasty. Papaya’s truly merits the description “hidden gem”. I love this place and recommend anyone who has a taste for terrific Mexican food, drinks, and snacks.
