We had our one year Anniversary celebration yesterday at Romesco.
From the reservation process with Ivette to the end of the night was just amazing. When we arrived everything was ready and just beautiful.

Service by Gsutavo our waiter was Tremendous!!!
He was so attentive and friendly.

Sangria and all of the food that we ordered was delicious.

My family and I have been dining at this uniquely amazing restaurant for many years. The dishes are consistent, diversified, and delectable. To say that we love Romesco's is an understatement: we could eat there every single day. The atmosphere is split into a main dining room and a bar room, oftentimes with live music. The servers are highly responsive, personable, and professional (most of them have been at Romesco's for years...an ode to their professional fulfillment)....

One of my favorite places in Chula Vista! So delicious and amazing service. I’ve been coming here for years and they have never disappointed. That’s when you know its a great restaurant.

I highly recommend you get “croquetas” and the caesar salad.
