I’m really disappointed with the service I received. I was given a hot drink without a sleeve, and only after my hand was burning did I have to ask for one. On top of that, they bent the rim of my coffee cup, didn’t remake the drink, and the lid ended up popping off—spilling coffee all over me and my car. It made me late for an appointment. Honestly, it’s taking a lot for me not to go back and complain, so I’m just letting this out here and taking a deep breath.

2/28/24 9am crew were great and quick, especially the woman that took my order. I asked her if she can do an order from a ss I took on my phone and she was happily able to. She even helped me use my Starbucks app to get my rewards because I am fairly new to the app. Even made my day with a smile. :)Thank you, I’ll be returning.

WORST STARBUCKS EVER. The female working today 11/27/2021 at 3:00PM has the worst customer service ever and does not know how to make drinks correctly. She lied to me and other customers about not having anything available stating nearly all drinks were sold out just so she doesn’t have to make any. Besides horrible customer service she made my drinks very poorly and tasted very disgusting I had to throw them away. If I could get a refund I definitely would.
