Bad service. I usually wait long time and they get me wrong drink . The associates need training . Bad customer service

I frequently order Starbucks and this is the most inconsistent one I've gotten drinks from. It literally depends on who's working whether my drink will be good or not. I won't waste my money here any longer.

AC works really well, that's for sure. Clean store and restrooms. Drink was about what waa expected.

They have two restrooms, designed to accommodate men and ladies separately. Sadly, they have limited all customers to one restroom, while staff gets the other to themselves - and today the "customer" potty is out of order while the "staff" restroom remains off limits. Outrageous! Time to restore restroom sanity by allowing ladies to have their own restroom without having to endure male filth. End the anti-female discrimination! Open both restrooms to customers, as designed: men's and ladies', one of which can be shared in an emergency like this. Starbucks, "Let my people go!"

It took an excessive amount of time considering they had only one customer. The staff was nice but they were working very slow.

A nice, local neighborhood Starbucks in beautiful Bonita. Good, consistent Starbucks coffee. Good customer service from baristas and always deliver!

i think his name was Aden, not sure. i’m a caregiver to a gal w Alzheimer’s. we were on a walk & she wanted to come into your store. i told her i didn’t bring any money. she said “that’s ok” and continued towards the door. once inside she went to the counter and strung together a handful of words that made no sense, to which the young man, not missing a beat handed her a cup of whipped cream and told her to enjoy the rest of her day. It was so inspiring to witness his kindness. thank you so much

410 and they are closed even though I ordered in advanced they wouldn't let me in to get my drink. Guess I will go try Better Buzz.
