Walked in April 10,2024 at 8:20 pm hoping to catch before Subway closes. A brunette lady with a hat tells us the moment we stepped in and approached the counter there is no longer any bread when behind her, I see bread. I took this as a dismissive manner to refuse service to us. I’m disappointed how service is made here and not enforced given closing hours are at 9pm. If the store is to be refused services before 9pm, closing hours should be changed to 8. Another 3 customers lost. Ended up getting McDonald’s.

We have been coming here for 10 + years and since Covid the quality and service has really declined. there last night about 5 or shortly after....the toaster oven was not working, limited bread choices, no bags for sandwiches, only 2 sad looking cookies and couple of broken ones and no fountain drinks. I wish I could zero stats. i gave it 1 star for the young man working alone who was so nice! He may have been a new employee and not as experienced as he needed to glance behind him to the display menu to confirm what each sandwich should have on it. You would think they would have some eye level in front of them. he was all alone....people coming in to order, people picking up online orders, making online orders and he kept working, smiling, and be pleasant and patient. Never showing any frustration! Wish I remembered his name because he deserves an acknowledgment! unfortunately we will probably not go back.

Yet another bad review. Came at 638pm and close because one and only employee needed a break. Not complaining about the break, complaining because only one employee! Always out of things and awfully owned!

Probably should have checked reviews before wasting our time but … same as most reviewers, toasters weren’t working and lady from there seemed unhappy ☹️ didn’t end up buying from here.

This is the dirtiest Subway I've ever been to! THE 5' MALE EMPLOYEE IS LAZYYYY AF!I decided to give this specific location a second try, but will not give it a third. I arrived to place my order and the employee was in the back with headphones on so he didn't hear or see us come in. They hardly had any bread options, half of the topping missing, and no fresh cookies. He made our sandwich with an attitude and super sloppy!When we sat down to dine in ALL of the tables were dirty and I let him know, but he was unbothered. I cleaned the table my self and while I was doing so I look up to see the same employee reaching for a piece of turkey with his bare hands! and proceeded to eat it.This is the closest subway to my house, but I much rather drive a little further than to eat here again.

I ordered 3 sandwiches on Sunday for pick up through my subway app. When I got there I had my son get out and pick it up. The order wasn't fully together and the two workers seemed confused. They told him they were out of cheesesteaks and instead of calling me prior to tell me so I could order something else, they just made him aware. They didn't even offer to make another sandwich to replace it. I ended up going in and asking them to make a different kind which seemed to confuse them more. After leaving, and driving 30 mins away I opened my sandwich to discover it was not at all what I ordered. I called and asked for a refund but she told me she didn't know how. I then asked to speak to a manager but she said there wasn't one. I asked the girl to please have her call me and left my number, it's been 3 days and no call back or refund for a sandwich I did not get. The girl told me my only option was to bring it back and have them remake it. I explained to her I was no longer in the area and could not leave and drive 30 mins back to have her remake it. She said that was the only option. I told her the next time I could reasonably come back would be the next day and she said I had to bring it back even if it was the next day which is absolutely ridiculous. It's frustrating enough I didn't even get my lunch, I'm not even being refunded for it :( I attached pics of what I ordered and what I got. I absolutely hate pickles btw and that is why I couldn't even eat it. I've tried calling twice since and the phone just rings and no one answers. Disappointed in the customer service at this location.

The quality and freshness of the ingredients are not bad at all and unlike other reviews everything was in stock and ready to be served. The only server there was communicative with us while we ordered. The atmosphere was bland and quiet.

Went here a few weeks ago, open sign and everything, the lady working said No Bread!!Not her fault but what Subway opens their doors with no bread for sandwhiches.

Walked in at almost 9pm and the guy working treated us so kindly and made a great sandwich. I tried 'the boss' that has pepperoni and meatballs and mozzarella. It was great with peppers and onions toasted on it.

Takes forever to get the most basic sandwich. I know staffing shortages exist but come on.

As someone who lives in the Bonita community, this was my go to place for when I was hungry. I never had a major issue until recently. The staff there are horrible. They have attitudes and are not even close to professional. This Subway is always out of stuff. I went there and they were out of LETTUCE! Avocado and other toppings are excusable but lettuce?! The Staff always make my sandwich messy and do nothing about it. I have been coming here for years and now will officially be boycotting this Subway. Also find some new employees.
