I come here often because it’s the best and most convenient option nearby. The food and drinks are consistently good, which I really appreciate. I gave this place 4 stars because, on a few occasions, my drink order has been missing add-ons. The staff is always happy to fix it when I let them know, which is great—but sometimes I’m in a rush and can’t go back. Overall, it’s a solid spot with reliable quality, just a few small hiccups now and then.

ordered two drinks through uber eats, asked for no ice and I really don't understand the logic behind replacing my ice with water. If I am asking for no ice I am obviously aware there will be less of the drink because duh, but to just water it down to fill up the cup is so stupid I ended up with two drinks that tasted gross and had a weird flavor because some employee lacks logic or stupid business practices?? idk but never buying here again.

FOR A LONG TIME THEIR CANTALOUPE WITH BOBA WAS SOOO GOOD. BUT THEN LATELY THEIR CANTALOUPE WITH BOBA TASTE FUNNY AND LOOKS YUCKY. CALLED A WHILE AGO AND WAS TOLD THAT FROM NOW ON THE CANATLOUPE WITH BOBA WILL TASTE SOUR WHICH IS VERY ODD, BECAUSE IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN SWEET AND TASTES LIKE CANTALOUPE. TOLD MY HUSBAND NOT TO BUY HERE ANYMORE, THEIR THAI ICED TEA AS WELL NEEDS A LITTLE BIT OF SUGAR

Was there today at 1:30 pm. 8/27/24 bad place was there. Almost 10 min no one came out to get my order. Very mad. We left. To get something different. For me end my family. Very bad service. Dinning old. End dirty if have cámaras. You could see. Me come in end see nobody. Came to serve. You should sale it or closed. It.
No big boba available until after 11:45am. I feel as if it’s on the menu, it should be ready when the store opens at 11:00am.
The seating area is fine. However, the bathroom was a little weird because they keep a big 55 gallon drum of used oil in there.
Order from the tablet in store or snack pass app. Not much interaction with employees.

I was going to scan my barcode that said I got a reward and wanted to redeem it and the girl behind the counter exited out the screen while I was obviously using it. I told her…..She said it’s for next time only. She had a very rude attitude. This was around 5 pm 12/9/2023.why put a tip option? No one is even ringing me up…

A couple of days ago, I got a cookies and cream snow bubble and when I tried it, it had too much ice in it. I didn’t enjoy it. However I would say that the place looks really nice if you want to stay and chill out. My family’s drinks looked really good, but mine was terrible. I don’t recommend getting the cookies and cream snow bubble.
