Harlow's Restaurant, Cocktail Bar & Lounge

Carlos is one of our favorite places to go. The ambience can't be beat. Drinks are excellent, and the food is unique and delicious.

Fabulous as always. Love dining here, the ambiance, mood, lighting and the incredible offerings. Tonight Coffee rubbed venison and Pistachio diver scallops. All done to absolute perfection and beautiful presentation. Great service.

We had a fantastic time! We ordered the non-alcoholic Sangria and an Old Fashioned to start, which were great! When we were ready to eat we had the Elk and the Lamb shareable dishes which were incredibly delicious, Darrien was wonderful helping us with our selections as he also recommended the Sweet Potato Cheesecake for dessert, which was also incredible! Neil at the bar also was such a pleasure to chat with and made a fantastic drink suggestion for my husband, as I wasn't drinking tonight but he enjoyed his suggestions very much so! We can't wait to come back and bring with us some friends and family. Great service, great food, great atmosphere! Highly recommend this hidden gem!

The place was very nice welcoming. My guest and I really enjoyed ourselves. The main options are not ordinary however they are very good. The customer service was really good.

This place is so cool! Servers are super friendly and very professional. The charcuterie board is really good. The drinks are pretty strong. Gavin our server was the best server we've ever had. So positive, willing to be flexible and accommodate us.

Harlow's Restaurant is definitely a North County must for some semi-formal fine dining. I've dined here two times now and have not been disappointed. Their servers are very professional and extremely helpful if you are unsure what to order.

For starters, their beef waygu sliders are delicious and practically melt in your mouth. Their drink menu is also superb. Plenty of cocktail options, liquor, beer, wine, you name it.

For entrée items, I had the elk, which wasn't too gamey and very, very tender. A nice hint of sweetness coupled with the salty rub just made for an amazing meal.

And finally, their dessert special for the night was exceptional. Sadly, I do not remember what it was called.

Oh, and if you just want to sit at the bar, like I said, the drinks are phenomenal.

Don’t eat here. Just go to the bar, get a bottle and enjoy the live music AFTER dining elsewhere. The food isn’t fancy or adventurous like others suggest. It’s just not good. Bland or odd for any palate.

This is my second time at this restaurant. I love how beautiful this restaurant is. The food selection is OK. They offer a number of fairly expensive small plates to share. This visit was not particularly magical because we were given a small table in the corner, out of the mix. They were busy on a Saturday night and service was a bit slow. Staff is friendly and hard working.
