Ok so AGAIN I am shorted on our order .. ordered 2 drinks egg rolls and a jumbo jack, get home and jumbo jack not in bag ?? I'm still wondering what are we paying these workers for again at 20/hr ? Like I don't think they are doing any better , they are doing worse now because they don't have to try and earn a raise now, it was just given so now they don't care .. it's ridiculous .. let's just let AI do it all and let the humans go AI would do a better job at this point ..ITS FAST FOOD NOT ROCKET SCIENCE PLEASE PAY ATTENTION AND DO YOUR JOB ! This was not even a big or complicated order and the girl at the window was rude as well even when I called to let them know about missing item she just went yea? WOW I'm just going to start going to the one off the 79 in Temecula from now on , not going to trust this location anymore .. over it !

Im going to be honest. David is really helpful with replacing bad quality meals. But the other staff messes up alot. I constantly have to keep getting replacements. One time i ordered a shake and he had to remake it, he flicked the whipped cream off with his fingers. 🤮 me, my mom and cousin were so disgusted in this behavior. I hope they get better soon. This is the only one on this highway.
Not a very good place to stop i ordered an the person taking the order couldn't hear my order or acted like they couldn't an got everything wrong even after my self having to shout my order an getting confirmation of what I was asking for
