Ok so AGAIN I am shorted on our order .. ordered 2 drinks egg rolls and a jumbo jack, get home and jumbo jack not in bag ?? I'm still wondering what are we paying these workers for again at 20/hr ? Like I don't think they are doing any better , they are doing worse now because they don't have to try and earn a raise now, it was just given so now they don't care .. it's ridiculous .. let's just let AI do it all and let the humans go AI would do a better job at this point ..ITS FAST FOOD NOT ROCKET SCIENCE PLEASE PAY ATTENTION AND DO YOUR JOB ! This was not even a big or complicated order and the girl at the window was rude as well even when I called to let them know about missing item she just went yea? WOW I'm just going to start going to the one off the 79 in Temecula from now on , not going to trust this location anymore .. over it !

Im going to be honest. David is really helpful with replacing bad quality meals. But the other staff messes up alot. I constantly have to keep getting replacements. One time i ordered a shake and he had to remake it, he flicked the whipped cream off with his fingers. 🤮 me, my mom and cousin were so disgusted in this behavior. I hope they get better soon. This is the only one on this highway.

We have visited this location twice using their drive thru and experienced fantastic service and quality fast food albeit tacos, fries and their chicken wrap. They also provided us with a shit load of condiments to go with the food. I give this location a 5th star based on our last visit. We pulled in for a late lunch on a Saturday, made our order, when we got to the window the drive thru employee gaves us our food and when I handed him our card he stated the manager was paying for our lunch. I was surprised and made sure I thanked her. Although she sort of shrugged it off we were touched that someone would cover the cost of our lunch. Don't know the reason why but it was enough to move this Jack in the Box from 4 stars to 5 stars. Nice job, Jack!

Went through drive-thru, paid with cash, employee short changed us. He should have given me $11, instead he gave me a $5 and a $1. I honked on the horn to get his attention regarding the short change. He seems to know why I honked and looked annoyed. Picked up a key and opened the cash register, and handed me a $5. I bought tacos, so I asked for hot sauce, whereby he said they don't have any more hot sauce. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!

This is the second time I go there at night and all the lights are on including the drive thru signs but the cashier told me that they are actually closed. This is false advertisement on hours of operation online. Employees are not following what it is advertised.
