I just went to grab a quick coffee and some of the McDonald's French fries because they are the best, but they're just yeah, too many calories in their hamburgers. If they just made a quality burger, I wouldn't mind paying more but yeah, the quality. It's questionable and until they do something about that. I'm afraid that is just going to be a drink and some fries for me. But yeah, the lady at the counter was very polite. The place was very clean and there was no Riff Raff hanging out around outside.

The cashiers do not know how to count American money. I had to teach the man in the Drive-Thru three times what a quarter and a dime was and he still didn't get it because I paid with a dollar bill and some change. He thought every single quarter nickel and dime was worth a penny each and kept asking me to show him again. At first I felt sorry for him but after the third time I was just frustrated. I've gone in a couple times before that and after and just paid with the app or a debit card and it was fine but the ladies were extremely rude and they have no problem serving cold fries. Like, how do they even get cold? They're under a heating lamp... I don't think I've ever straight up bought cold fries before. Freaking weird.

Like most Mc Donald’s restaurants now. It’s a dump. Food taste/quality was not at 1980’s Mc Donald’s standards. Scary restroom.

Quality control is horrible. Burnt happy meal burger, the buns were black. The apple slices were partially opened and covered in sticky gunk. I understand its easy to overlook things during assembly, but someone should've notices how disgusting the bag was, it was covered in gunk.

Always closed either randomly or earlier without notice or a sign at least. Ladies are always professional and nice, but the gentlemen tend to be more rude at night.

Sadly the closest Mcdonalds to us so we have no choice most times. My only review in the 10 years Ive been going here.

Consistently 💯 of the time I do come here the rewards system never works. It has happened every single time. I come once every month and I go to the vista locations a couple times a month. I never have problems there and if I do they correct it! This location seems to be under new ownership and it seems they do not like honoring the rewards program. I always buy something with the reward. I will not be back for a long long time. You are losing business here!

Ordered through the mobile app for pickup. Waited a little over 10 minutes, which was odd because they weren’t busy. I went to the counter to see if they forgot to make it and it turns out they did, no problem mistakes happen. I asked for a refund because I had to leave. They told me “they don’t do refunds if it’s a mobile order.” That I needed to call the 1800 number for refunds. I knew this was complete nonsense but instead of having a back and forth I left. I did end up calling McDonalds Regional office and they confirmed this was false. So if they tell you they don’t do refunds, they are misinformed. I will end up having to do a charge back.
