Z is awesome. Inexpensive, delicious food and a HUGE menu. Most of all awesome wait staff. If you haven’t you gotta check it out

I've been living in Bonsall for over a year now. Recently discovered Z Cafe and boy let me tell you, is pack everytime I go there but The food is so good that waiting isn't an issue. The server was so friendly and always making sure we were ok or if we needed anything. Great customer service for sure ? ? I definitely recommended

This was my 3rd time going here for dinner. Once we sat down at our table, we ordered a sushi roll and Hawaiian plate dinner. We waited 40 minutes for our food and got up and left. Luis must have forgotten to put our order in. We told the host but at that point we were already out. I really enjoyed my first two dinner experiences though. We just looked at the time and realized it had been 1 hr since we stepped in, and we’ve been there when the restaurant has been even busier than tonight. Restaurant was half full and had a full wait staff at the restaurant/bar. I went over to grab pizza instead…

Had a bad experience last night. Started with the hostess. We arrived at 4:45 on a Wednesday,. The place wasn't yet busy and there was no wait. As she got our table of 5 ready, my parents and I started to walk towards the table she was getting ready. It was empty and they were arranging the chairs for us. My dad is blind so it takes time to get him around. As we began to sit dad down, she shot me a look saying that she didn't call us to the table yet. I told her that I'm not going to take my dad back to the lobby and explained why. She frowned and let us sit down. For the next 20 minutes, we were systematically ignored by all the servers who were working. None came to greet us or even acknowledge our presence. Other tables that got seated after us had already received their drinks. I finally had to ask a busser to get us someone. The guy we got was ok, service was slow, he forgot our sushi order until I told him it was in the window. Not ok and not going back, despite the fact that the food is generally good and reasonably priced.
