If I could give it -5 stars, I would I had to wait for over 15 min for a drive-through I finally got my order. My chicken tenders were not cooked all the way my fries were cold and I had to go inside which totally defeats the purpose of drive-through just to get my drink that they forgot after making me wait that long drove down the road to figure out all my food was cold when I called the store to speak with the manager Kiki she informed me that it was all cooked fresh but she would refund my money. I told her it’s too late. I’m down the road management is clear l problem here. It’s pretty easy to heat up food. They could’ve even thrown it in a microwave. A little bit of effort would’ve made all the difference. Also, when I went into the gas station to use the restroom earlier that day, I watched Kiki the manager taking orders from the other side of the gas station, walking across the sales floor not even in Carl’s Jr. maybe if she’s stuck to her area my food would be warm..
Truck stop travelers coming thru so food is not made well and they don’t accept most coupons and the service is lousy and they don’t have napkins usually. Better to go over the freeway to twenty mule team rd. In boron and have lunch at the cafe or domingoes Mexican restaurant. I live in boron so I know better than anyone traveling thru one time only. Dog park is full of dog crap. And there’s no grass it’s just dirty rocks.
