Was forced to get a titan turkey when all I asked for was just a regular turkey sub and then I got oatmeal raisin cookies and they had an off taste and was not able to eat them. In short do not stop at this subway if you just want a simple sandwich

The sandwiches are very delicious... however Angelina does not speak Spanish, which strangely because of her name is very common among Latinos. And with a face that looked like he was there by force. Or they won't pay you well. But what bad customer service.

First time I’ve ever heard a subway worker tell me he couldn’t put extra onions on the hoagie!!!! You got to be friggin kidding me!!! He said his managers told him he wasn’t allowed to put extra onions on request from the customer, then he only puts 3/4 pieces of onion. ???? shame on you Subway POS’s !!!!And then he threw the hoagie together like a deck of cards just sloppily made!!??
Started order for two sandwiches after letting two customers go head of us out of consideration for distressed looking employees. Offered to write the order down. Too much info, sandwich artist says. Forced to repeat order more than 3 times, after adding two more sandwiches. Got a lot of eye rolls and loud exhales. When I repeated the order for the 5th time, made a mistake and said tomatoes or no tomatoes. Got yelled at that I just said tomatoes, conveniently forgetting the first four iterations of order I had given. Then card machine doesn't work. Kept accusing us we had no money because card reader was not functioning properly, kept asking for chip but did not recognize when chip was adjacent to. Will not be coming back to this location. Will let everyone know of heavier set supervisors negative and hostile demeanor. Still have receipt for quicker reference.
Laura and Miranda was killing it at lunch time! People just kept coming and coming and they were working as an awesome TEAM and they kept a positive attitude awesome job!
The salads are the best.
I’m a truck driver driving all over the US and this is the first Subway that I seen that charge for salad and they reduced the cheese putting only 2 slices on the wrapper sandwich…. I can’t believe that they are welling to have a review like this and losing customer over a slice of cheese and salad…. Cannot believe it! What a shame!!!
