This is a must stop family owned small town restaurant each time we're traveling along Hwy-58. Nothing fancy, but great food at a great price. Clean seating area. The locals and miners from the Borax mine eat here - so must be good! Plenty of parking along the street out front. We travel with a large RV and no issues - in fact, we usually spend the night on the street.
Don't let the outside fool you! What looks like a local dive bar outside is a comfy, warm and inviting cafe inside with fun and colorful decor! Whatever you may be hungry for, they've got it on the menu! Hubby wanted breakfast and I wanted Mexican food so the cafe was perfect. The food is delicious. The coffee was amazing. There was a little wait for the food bit it was well worth the wait. The prices were cheap.. I would pay double for this food period. Great choice for the drive to vegas.
