Our order was dropped. We waited an hour before staff even noticed. Then waited another half hour and the food was not good. Not t worth $45 for less than an ounce of lobster. Lamb was overcooked.Special occasion ruined.

We just love this restaurant from the being greeted with champagne to the pate with toasts and hot bread to the fixed menu which includes appetizer, Entree and dessert, but best of all is Ramon with his over the top charisma making each person feel so special. Love him and this special restaurant in the desert,
The ambiance is definitely upscale for Borrego Springs. The service was very attentive and timely. We enjoyed rib eye steaks which were prepared well and flavorful. A nice relaxed dinner.

We had a wonderful culinary experience with the woman Chef 2 years ago... Very deceiving this time: the Prosecco aperitif was not cold and the liver pâté toast had no taste...The nice young waiter was probably not enough trained about wine service: our rosé wine was not cold enough and he never came back to refill our glasses, so I did it! Salmon was good cook but... fried !...Unfortunately, the plate with green beens and rice messy display was a disaster... The mix of music and pianist doesn't match... Keep the pianist as he is excellent! We will give you another chance in a few weeks/months... Sometimes accident happens...

This restaurant was such a pleasant surprise. The food was tasty. My husband ordered the Cornish game hen and I ordered the steak. The wait staff were kind and attentive to your needs. It is clear that this place has its regulars who come and make this restaurant feel cozy and familiar. Just here for a three day weekend but will definitely come back next time we are here.

Stunningly bad service. Been eating here for years. Food good service poor to terrible Yikes!! After 25 minutes with no wait staff, water: nothing. We left.
We had an enjoyable evening and a great meal.We were given complimentary champagne, which was a nice touch. The servicers were friendly and attentive. The fixed price menu is a good deal, and $10 less before 6. Husband ordered the flat iron steak and it was great. We will be back!

Attention to detail was amazing, staff friendly, and efficient. The food was fresh, tasty and cooked perfectly.
A bit hard to find but an old school spot with phenomenal food, feel, and service. Definitely a must visit and be sure to spend some time in the retro lobby while the pianist is in n and check out the old photos on the wall. Very cool place
