We found the best breakfast in Borrego Springs at Kendalls. We also had lunch there one day. My wife's club sandwich was amazing. My enchiladas were pretty good, but overall, the best was the #2 breakfast special. Loved it. The service was also great, especially the young fellow seating customers. He's on it, but everyone working there is great! Highly recommended!

Went for lunch during week and sat at outdoor section. Recently changed names so not Kendall's anymore. Food was good but on this day only one waitress for outside and the had to bus tables also, so service was way too slow. 73 degrees on patio midday. This restaurant is location across from town Square/ roundabout.
As a responisble dog owner- the restaurant needs to make ensure that patrons that bring dogs to the outside patio don't bite or are non-aggressive (this is a public place where children attend).

I went in for breakfast and was seated promptly. I ordered 2 coffees, toast, and a breakfast set (2 eggs, 2 pancakes, and sausage). We were charged a $3 splitting fee for sharing food, which we weren't told about when we placed the order.In addition to the surprising split fee charge, there was also a $1.50 tax charge included in the bill that nobody mentioned while taking payment by credit card., The staff replied casually with oh! That's just fees for using your credit card.The restaurant engaged in bad business practices by charging unexpected fees without proper disclosure.
