Ordered ground beef enchiladas expecting hamburger. I forgot corned beef is ground beef. The food tasted like dog food.

This used to be my go to restaurant when I visit Anza Borrego. No more. I went a total of 40
miles out of my way yesterday to have a meal here prior to heading home. We were completely ignored. Had to wait 15 minutes just for the waitress to even acknowledge us and then a total of 45 minutes waiting for our meal. I have no idea how long it actually took because we got frustrated and left. Waitress never even checked on us during that 45 minutes. Never again. Complete waste of time, gas and money.

We hosted a party of 59 people here last Friday and Patricia and all the people at Pablito’s took exceptional care of us. Fantastic food, drink, and ambiance. I highly recommend.

Ate on the patio on a perfect evening, ordered the carnitas which I rarely do at a restaurant because they almost always disappoint. Not this time! They were delicious, thier verde salsa in also not to be missed! If you’re wondering where to eat in Borrego Springs stop in, you will not be disappointed!

The service should have been better, only one other couple there. I feel they gave me a used bottle of carbonated water, the cap was not sealed? And I had to go ask for napkins and silverware.

Open now went in for some Marghertias which we had a couple, really good, then decided to have some lunch.
Served warm nachos the quite spicy salsa had 2 bowls.
Just had some starters as we were not to hungry, chips, refried beans and crispy rolls with beef.
The beef rolls really crispy sour cream smooth as was the advacado. The beans, loved them but I come from Scotland and cannot get them there with the flavour, Chips with beef bits cheese and sour cream and advacdo just finished the meal for the party of 3.
Staff really friendly and helpful in our choices and service.Highly recommend.

We have dined here many times when we visit Borrego Springs, California. We have always had a great experience here, and the service is always wonderful. We have tried numerous dishes and enjoyed each one. The portions are large, and it's easy to get full here. The servers are always very friendly and helpful.
