I really need to make a huge shout out to the entire staff of Rams Hill for their hospitality and going over and above for your care! Thank you Monica for taking such great care of us and our dear friend Rhonda who injured herself. You and the staff truly made a bad situation more doable. Thank you to Bob and the golf shop for helping as well. You have such a beautiful golf course, and thank you for making us all feel at home. Our Canyon Lake Men's Team Play was over the top at their golf tournament. 1st place GO CANYON LAKE!!! Last time was back in 2006. Thank you again to all of you for making our stay incredible!

Remember that this is a golf club restaurant and if you are not staying in one of their casitas, you will be treated like an outsider. We made reservations far in advance but the hostess recognized we were not staying there so she sat us outdoors. It was a pretty view of the golf course but when the flies descended on us, we realized why indoor seating was preferred by the golfers staying with them. The plates were presented well, but they had no flavor especially considering the cost. My salmon was bland and the filet mignon was gristly with an unsavory sauce. We wouldn't bother on coming back.

A lovely setting and delicious meal served by charming and attentive server Viviana. We impressed our visitors from out of town and are pleased and proud to be part time residents at Rams Hill. Truly a gem in the desert community of Borrego Springs.

We love this place. Interesting menu, well-prepared food, friendly servers, fantastic setting — right on an emerald golf course in the sear desert. Just wish we didn't have to drive 2 hrs from San Diego to enjoy it.

Had dinner here on a Wednesday night. Big mistake. Menu was very limited. Salads were good. 32 dollar flat iron steak had good flavor but was very small serving size. Pizza was obviously previously frozen and seemed store bought (think Digornio!!). It was horrible. Apparently the dinner menu for Thursday-Sunday is better but after our midweek experience, we won't be back.

This is the best lunch and service in Borrego Springs. Amazing view over the valley and the golf course. Beautiful club, interesting history of the golf course, has been revived and resurrected a couple of times. Very reasonable prices, lots of great sandwiches and salads.

Beautiful view of golf course, pond, and creek from patio, as well as mountains. We had the pork chop and salmon - both delicious. Service was excellent. We were so parched in this dry heat, but the servers refilled our drinks numerous times without us asking...much appreciated attentiveness. Highly recommend.

Had a great table outside with a nice view looking east toward the golf course. The menu had a good variety of lunch items, and the server was great! All-in-all, a very nice lunch.

Great view and ambiance, paired with excellent service. But might want to skip the filet as it was not a great cut of meat, bland and not worth $50 and paired with unseasoned vegetables and pilaf.

Wonderful view and outdoor seating on terrace overlooking golf course! Can't beat it on a sunny day! Food and drinks are good also! When in Borrego, I highly recommend lunch here even if not golfing.

Good menu, excellent food, great service and a nice view of the golf course. A bit pricy but lunch was worth it after a long, wet drive under an atmospheric river.

Food is great...best hamburgers! Have never had a bad meal there. The service is usually good and is very friendly. The ambiance is comfortable and the views are spectacular. Weather permitting try sitting by the outdoor fire pit for a cocktail and a game of Cornhole. I only wish they were open all year.
