Nice spot to ride to for breakfast or lunch. Small market inside with random food and stuff to buy. Great service plenty of parking in the front. Gets busy. Opens at 8am.

Good food and people in a desert location it's needed in! Roll right up on your desert toy and grab good food- eat at the bar inside or outdoor tables in the shade.

If you’re in the area this is a definite food stop. The owners don’t just serve the regular burgers and fry’s. They do smoked tri tip, pulled pork, carne asada burritos and more. We found the food excellent and the staff upbeat and very friendly. Expect a bit of a wait on a big holiday but just relax, it’s worth the wait.

Was in this weekend and needed air for a low tire. They would not provide help and told me I was out of luck. Asked several people at the return rental and front counter for assistance.Have not been to ocotillo in a while but my how things have changed. You can pay upwards of $500 to rent a side by side and overpriced supplies and food.Mike the old owner might have been a little slow and rude at times but was ALWAYS willing to help anyone in need. FYI Mike ran a hose and had it available next to the ice machines. FREEThese "NEW OWNERS" are there for profit and that's it. Recommend Desert Ironwoods or any other vendor for that matter to support the OG desert peeps.Also- Thank you for destroying that section of desert with your side by side rentals. You should tell your renters to clean up their trash they leave behind or provide a bag for them.

Oh my word what a meal! I spent the whole day out riding ATVs and was pretty fatigued and needed a pick me up before heading home. The heavens opened up and showed me the light with the blu in cafe. I ordered the pulled pork with onion rings and a tri tip with fries. I am now a better man for eating their food. Absolute mouth melting pulled pork, with a toasted bun and with the perfect amount of barbecue sauce slathered on. The tri tip tickled my taste buds as well. The tri tip had the perfect smokey flavor and it danced its way down into my belly. I will definitely be back another day to fill my tummy up real soon. 10/10 would highly recommend

We stumbled upon this hidden gem of a cafe during a camping trip to Ocotillo Wells, and it quickly became a highlight of our off-road adventures. The homey and delicious food made every visit a treat. What made it even better was the friendly atmosphere, especially seeing fellow off-roaders riding their side by sides to this unique spot. It truly adds to the charm of this off-the-beaten-path cafe. Can't wait to come back and enjoy both the food and the off-road community!

Wasn't expecting much on our first visit, as the cafe is pretty much out in the middle of nowhere. What a pleasant surprise it turned out to be! Christine runs the cafe, and clearly takes a lot of pride in the food she puts out. Everything is made from scratch, and she goes out of her way to ensure she gets the best meat and produce. While waiting for our order, we spoke with an older couple sitting next to us who told us they drive all the way out from Ramona several times a month just to eat breakfast there. We ordered the breakfast burritos, and they were amazing. Some one else told us they serve a tri-tip sandwich for lunch that is killer. Seconds later, Christine brings us a couple slices of tri-tip to sample...delicious!If you get out to Ocotillo Wells, do yourself a favor and grab some food at the Blu-Inn-Cafe...you wont be sorry.

This is a dive Café out in the middle of the desert, I went back there this past weekend for nostalgic reasons, I used to go out there 45 years ago almost every weekend, and we would eat at this place as it was the only game in town, at that time it was a restaurant with tables and chairs inside, now it's a pay at the cashier booth in the store, and then wait for your food and eat outside or take it to your motorhome, I really wanted the Carne Asada because it's the thing to get there, they get premium meat from Ramey's in Brawley , they were out and we ended up having burgers and fries that were decent. Glad that I went out there again with my granddaughter
