The staff was friendly & our order came out quick. We moved out here less than a year ago and decided to try this spot out in hopes of finding a good mexican spot in boulder creek. I was pretty disappointed. The food was bland but nothing that salt and salsa couldn't fix. Maybe they cater more to the people in the area but I prefer having all the flavor there without having to season it myself.

My favorite taqueria for the last 20 years. I've had many tacos and burritos in my life but nothing compares to Taqueria Los Gallos. They make their carnitas nice and crispy and always have the best salsa selection. I have moved but make sure to stop whenever I'm in town. I wish they would open up a location in Reno,Nevada! We could use an authentic taqueria!

Everything I've tried has been good including tacos burritos, fajitas, seafood. I'd place it as one of the better street style taquerias around including those in San jose. Spicy enough to make your cheeks sweat which is mandatory IMO. Staff is nice and the place is clean

I first ate here 25 years ago when we lived in Scotts Valley and since then it’s been my favorite taqueria in the area. Great food and lots of it. And now a 3rd location! Happy for you guys! The family that owns and operates the taquerias are wonderful. I see them working in the restaurants all the time and they are always warm and welcoming. I moved to Boulder Creek some years ago and we haven’t had a decent Mexican restaurant for a long time. We will be regulars!

My husband and I visited yesterday first time. We had the birria and chile relleno- -delicious- we thought it's great to have a local Mexican Restaurant in the neighborhood. This morning I realized I left my purse at the restaurant - I called- they said we aren't open- but come down- I tried to leave a thank you reward - they profusely refused. This will be our go to place for Mexican- not just because the food is great- but the customer service is even better! Thank you!!!!! Rosio

Meh! We lived in Scotts Valley for a long time and we stopped going to both of their locations because the guys that worked the registers were always rude, especially to my wife. Mostly the one by the SV market next the old Wendy's.

There is over $1 fee for using a card here, and they do not disclose that beforehand or afterwards. The food is fine and the salsa is good. The soda machine and ice maker is still out of service.Overall good location, but the card fee is outrageous and not being told about it on two different occasions with two different employees makes it seem intentionally unspoken.
Phenomenal. Best Mexican food in Boulder Creek hands down. People who work there are very friendly and seem genuinely happy to have you there. Place looks great after a light remodel. Lighting is a bit harsh but other than that no complaints. We are very grateful to have them in our community.

New taqueria in the valley, very good food! We ordered steak taco salads, loaded nachos, and a steak super wet burrito. They certainly didn't skimp, and everyone working tonight was so friendly, great customer service!
