Great steak is hard to find, a great chef to prepare it perfectly is even more rare. We hit the jackpot with this reasonably priced "more than Italian" restaurant. Prime rib french dip was tender with au jus that was tasty and not the typical too salty kind. The crinkle cut french fries were crispy without having to ask for it. The steak salad was perfect.
