The employees are very attentive and polite. Carl's Jr. is one of the cleanest restaurants in Brawley. I never have any complaints about the cleanliness, the quality of the food, or the parking. I love visiting Carl's Jr during my lunch breaks. The jalapeños on my Western burger is one of my favorite things about the restaurant, too.

Ordered through the mobile app, showed up to the location, and they had no idea what was going on with my order. They claimed they never received my order yet I received a confirmation email saying my order was received. Not to mention the lady I spoke to was rude from the beginning. All I got from her was “ I don’t know what to tell you”. 0/5

Last time I eat there. Haven't been there in years and only went because of a friend. Place was dirty. Burger made me sick fr ?? Couldn't even finish half.They should pay their employees more and invest more in its quality of ingredients. Otherwise it's just gross.
Why is an AI robot taking my order at the drive through, its awful. I constantly have to repeat my order.

Just left this location. Literally just watched the manager picking up waffle fries with his hand and put them in a customer's bag. After visiting this location I may never go to another Carl's again.
