I ordered the California classic burger. However, they gave me a regular jr. cheeseburger which was terrible. The ranch was expired and their nuggets tasted like fish. The only good part was their fries. I was highly disappointed.

Food is good and all however today I was given the wrong order through the drive thru, I didn’t realize it until I got home. I was given a lettuce wrap burger when that’s not what I asked for nor was it on my receipt. They kept asking if that’s not what I ordered when I already showed my receipt for proof and I brought the lettuce wrap back as well which they did take back to check. I didn’t receive an apology nor did they say anything at all after they gave me my correct order just handed it to me and when I said thank you I just got silence back.. it’s also not the first nor the second time that I have received the wrong order but the first two times I didn’t say anything and just dealt with it and gave them the benefit of the doubt. I’m going to have to check my orders before driving off every single time now. I just didn’t appreciate that experience. Had I received an apology or not made to feel like it was my fault for receiving the wrong order I wouldn’t have even written this review as people make mistakes. Staff is usually nice to me though so that’s why this experience caught me off guard.

The employees are very attentive and polite. Carl's Jr. is one of the cleanest restaurants in Brawley. I never have any complaints about the cleanliness, the quality of the food, or the parking. I love visiting Carl's Jr during my lunch breaks. The jalapeños on my Western burger is one of my favorite things about the restaurant, too.
