At no fault of the restaurant, there is an off putting smell inside so we ordered to go. I ordered the shrimp banh mi and it was so delicious, fresh, and light but filling. I ordered summer rolls and those were also fresh and light and our last order was the pho (if ordering to go, it is packaged separately so that it remains as fresh as possible). I will definitely be a returning costumer and look forward to trying the rest of their menu.

My fiance and I tried the pho beef and the pho beef and meatball combo and will say that it is definitely the best Pho in the Imperial Valley. Not the best Pho we've had, but it is pretty good nonetheless. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and loved our experience. We tried their Iced Tea with monk fruit sweetener and it was quite tasty, but I can see how some people wouldn't enjoy it. It is definitely not for everyone, but we REALLY enjoyed it. Overall, if you want some good pho in the valley, this is the best place to go if you don't want to drive out of the Valley.

One of the advantages of living in California is the access to foods from different cultures. When I ate Vietnamese food for the first time it was at this restaurant. El Sazon at Helen’s family restaurant is different from any meal. It is not restaurant style but family home style. Helen herself prepares the menu with her family for her clients. Thank you Helen for giving me the opportunity to enjoy your seasoning. Highly recommended.
Have to say this place has the best Pho beef. My family, we have tried pho but this place has the original flavor. I'll be coming back.

Spacious restaurant. Plenty of seating available. Menu is simple and features English, Vietnamese, and Spanish descriptions along with photographs of food. I had the beef pho and the pork BBQ skewers. Both were incredible. I ordered their Vietnamese iced coffee to go. The coffee is ADDICTIVE. I love this place and you will too.
