Wrong chicken and then they made me wait 10 minutes for biscuits just to get home and watch my biscuits fall apart because of how raw they were. I could have rolled them up back into dough balls, that’s how raw they were.

This place is the best and they carry Corn-Bread but is not on the menu, you got to ask for it, the food is always Fresh and the environment clean and friendly staff members, with great Management members They also have a self serving Soda machine and your food is alway fresh recently coming out of fryer, This place also carry the best Chicken Pot-Pies, I will -definitely visit this place again, Great Job Guys keep up the good-work....

They don’t provide receipts and don’t provide whole meals. You’ll either be missing chicken pieces or bad quality. Really gone down hill.

My husband after a 12 hour shift went to pick up a quick lunch to bring home on June 16th at 12:04 to find out that only half was in the bag and the chicken tenders was very rubbery so it wasn't even edible. I called to speak with a manager, Liliana expressed that she wasn't the one that left out the paid for chicken pot pie but she remembers the left out chicken pot pie. She didn't say anything about fixing the issue so my attitude got lifted. She was only concerned about the blame not being placed on her instead of making the situation right. For chicken place, and they can't even make the chicken right....
This was always mess up your food and never try to correct it I order from the app and the app doesn't have the way to get a refund for the mess up when I complaining they said it's corporate policy I lost money for four time when I went there

Want food poisoning come here. Twice I've been there and chicken was under cooked. And both times never got Utensils and napkins. Nothing like eating Cole slaw with your fingers on the go. This place needs to dissappear from Brawley California.

A lil bit of a downfall on our last visit they only had bone in and no tenders sad because I have picky eaters but that's not the restaurant's fault. My family and I love KFC it's our favorite one can never go wrong with some KFC.
Just came back from KFC in brawley they gave me 11pieces of chicken when I paid for 16 the assistant manager and workers gave me an attitude when I brought the issue to there attention made me feel as if I was trying to get free food manager even followed me outside the store to confront me when I told him how he had an attitude I plan on calling managment
